My wife and I have been coming to this gym for 5+ years and it’s an amazing experience. Simple, accessible, great instructors and a friendly staff that aim to keep the gym an organized, clean, and safe zone to workout in.

AJ will not allow me to cancel my membership even though I have been trying since April! They deducted payment even after attempting again to cancel by phone. When I came in person today, he still will not cancel. I was told that I can cancel anytime and now the fine print 30 days is being shoved in my face! Again I've been trying to cancel since April. It allows you to sign up online but you have to cancel in person which. I've never gone into the gym since I signed up because it's way too small. Now I'm in the process of disputing woth my bank and making sure they don't allow any new charges on my account.No sir, I have canceled gyms over the phone and online. Regardless your guy told me it was able to cancel anytime and I signed because of that. You won't get another dime from me though and I've disputed the charges. Those 23 bucks must really help the bottom line!

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, good variety of equipment, excellent coaches!I Iove Rae… she is professional, effective, efficient, and funny! ( also tough!) They are all committed to improving and updating the workout facility.Cons: Flooring is being replaced soon, as it is worn and uneven.

I've been a member here for about a month, and so far, it's been a great experience. It's under new ownership, and the staff they have in place is doing a great job. AJ, an area manager who's also a trainer, is consistently on the phone reporting things that need to be updated, fixed, moved, you name it. He also led me through my first "success session" which is a monthly perk of their premium membership. He did a body scan using a machine they have and helped me come up with some goals and showed me how to do some exercises / use some of the equipment. A couple others I've met, Austin and Elton, are constantly walking around the gym and cleaning / stacking weights / vacuuming etc. I have not met the new owners yet, but I can tell they and their staff are working hard to update the facility and make the best use of the space they have. In terms of extras, their premium members also get access to tanning, hydro massage, and their infrared sauna. In general, it's a pretty straightforward gym. Their cardio is in the front, their weight machines are in the center, and their free weights and racks / cables are in the back / on the far side. They've got around 10 treadmills, several bikes, a couple rowers, a stair master - basically anything you'd expect a gym to have. Overall, the facility is a little older, but again, they're working hard to make upgrades and updates. Becoming a member was easy, and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. They've also got a bunch of locations in the southeast, so if you're someone like me who spends time with family away from home, odds are you'll have a club near you. In my opinion, you can't beat it when you weigh everything - price, amenities, the convenience of having access to any club at any time 24/7, and the staff. I'm glad I chose this gym, and I hope it can be the one that works for you, too.

Small but good gym. Membership is cheap but the gym is clean. Plenty of workout equipment, sauna, tanning bed and hydrotherapy massage. Personal trainers are knowledgeable and patient. Only downside is the size, very few benches and only two squat racks.

I had a chance for a 1st visit this afternoon. The thing that struck me 1st was how clean this facility is, great job. Secondly, I was short on time but wanted to stop in to get my access tag. I’m huge on customer service and was acknowledged immediately upon entering even though the front desk person was assisting someone else. I was taken care of within 2 minutes and all with a smile and friendly attitude. Very impressed and happy to be a new member here. Come to find out the front desk person who helped is the OWNER!! Kudos to you, great customer service.

The owner IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! You won't find a cleaner gym in any area. The staff truly cares about their members and not here only for money. They ensure to help you with all of your fitness needs from workout plans to nutrition diets if needed. If you are in need of a gym, DO NOT HESITATE to check this gym out. They will definitely help you WITH EVERYTHING. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It is not all the time you get to see the owner. The owner is truly involved in the gym and wants the best for her members. GO CHECK IT OUT!!!

It’s nice having a 24 hr gym, but they’re lacking in fixing equipment. Not only that, but the door has been broken for weeks now and no one has fixed it. Anyone without a fob can just waltz in. My wife works out late at night and doesn’t feel safe. This has been an issue at other locations as well. No idea why it takes them so long to fix something that encompasses overall safety? Fix the doors please?!

This gym is great from the customer service to the equipment. The environment is clean and friendly Im there 4-5 times a week I’m treated like family. The owner Chelsey is amazing anything I need or any questions I have she’s on it right away couldn’t ask for better! I also love the sauna and the hydroMassage bed !!
