“This was a hidden gem that we stumbled upon. Employees were very helpful. Great walk along a groomed trail that took us to the nursery with plants native to the area. Some information about animals in the area, many trees identified and just a long gentle walk through nature. If you have an hour or two, it is a great place to do a nature walk.”
“I just went in the other day to get some Christmas gifts for friends and I am amazed at how affordable it was for quality, stylish, and handmade gifts that support artisans worldwide!! Forget World Market if you’re in Chattanooga. Go check out Amani!”
“I was Blessed to take a tour of the 'Ladies of Charity thrift store' today. These wonderful ladies were working throughout the back room & upfront retail. Everyone had various stations and were very efficient. It was an inspiration to witness dedicated Christians at work for Jesus. Priscilla from St Stephens who volunteers in many organizations is a treasure in helping others as these ladies were in this worthy cause to help the homeless and seniors in need. May God Bless you all and have a Blessed Thanksgiving!”

“I love this store!!!!! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! They have taught me so many things. They have hundreds of herbal teas (my favorite)! They have lots of other things like Dr. Christopher products. Different kinds of honey and jams. Lots of fresh dried foods like beans. I buy all of my dry herbs here too. You cannot beat the prices. I’ve been to tea stores in NAshville and Knoxville and all over the Chattanooga area! Save yourself the headache and just go straight to the Adventist store. I love their books too! They are pricey but they’re still cheaper than eBay and Amazon!”
“I could write so much about this place.. I used to come here to do a workshop for work. But now I come here for events and support. The people here are so nice and friendly.”
“Grateful to see amazing clay work & wonderful, inspirational pieces tonight! ArtsBuild does so many positive things within our community & every time we get to see something they’re doing, it’s NEVER a disappointment. 2 WORDS…GREAT VIBES”

“These people are the greatest. If you need help they will help you get it. The contributions made to them are well given because they help everyone if they possibly can.”
“These people have helped me in so many ways. From food and clothing to assistance getting signed up for food stamps to paying for medical treatment (more than once)...hell, they even allowed me to work there as an ambassador doing bicycle repair. Bill and Scott are both amazing people who genuinely want to help people.
They have improved my life so much. Metropolitan ministries is a great resource for the underprivileged and those in need. I'd give them 10 ⭐ if I could”

“This is my favorite local Goodwill. Sadly I won’t darken the doors again when it becomes only clothes. The one up Battlefield Parkway is subpar. I can always find good deals and friendly staff here.”
