“I typically shutter that the thought of dealing with used car salesmen. That being said I had a wonderful experience with my salesman Hudson. He was very low pressure and personable without making me feel like I was being sold or pressured into anything. I went into the dealership knowing approximately what I wanted. He allowed me to brows the parking lot without hovering over me, which I appreciated. He stayed within ear shot to answer any questions I had and ultimately help guide me towards a vehicle in my desired price range. He was very accommodating and helped me get the vehicle I wanted with the extras that were missing from my list of desires (2nd key, floor mats, and paint imperfection corrections). Knowing what vehicle I wanted and the price range I was dead set on not exceeding made me a stubborn and maybe even difficult customer but he and his manager remained patient and professional. We worked out a deal that I was happy with and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Hudson and the whole team. I highly recommend this dealership.”

My sister gave me her 2016 Chevrolet Impala in Tn that doesn't require emissions in that county, so when I brought the car to Ga, emissions had to be done before I could get registration done.
Unfortunately, the car would not pass emissions because the check engine light was on. I brought the car to Vic's for diagnostic and they were able to tell the problem right away.
They fixed it in a very timeky manner and also did the emissions test as well so I could get it registered in Ga. I just love Lexi, the front desk lady. She is just so personable made me feel like I had known her for years. Everyone that I spoke with was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. They have all the diagnostic tools on hand to find out what is wrong with any vehicle.

“Needed a RepairPal certified shop to take care of an air conditioner malfunction. Thoroughly diagnosed, found the problems, and replaced the system. Working great now. Manager called daily with updates and handled all the warranty business. Friendly, efficient and professional.
Update: Three years later discovered More 4 Less installed the wrong AC unit for the refrigerant designated by the manufacturer. Had to have the entire system replaced ☹️”
“I'd like to personally thank Dre and Jay for helping me today 2/11/2025!!!! I arrived at work, for my overnight shift and had a flat tire. I drive a truck, and tires aren't cheap!! I called 3 different tire shops in Fayetteville, GA near my job and everyone told me it would be upwards of $300 or more for 1 tire, to place it and balance it. Then I called Mavis Tires and spoke to Dre. He gave me a decent price and had a tire in stock. I asked Dre to hold 1 tire for me, because my tire was completely flat and I wouldn't be able to get home in the morning. Dre said they were about to close for the evening, but they waited for me!! It took me 10ish minutes to get from my job to Mavis on a completely flat tire. Dre and Jay at Mavis Tires in Fayetteville helped me out tremendously!!!! Dre had excellent customer service, and Jay replaced my tire very quickly and efficiently!! I truly appreciate the both of them!!”

“I called this place after being told it would cost me $1500 to repair a leaky power steering hose at another location. As it turns out, after taking my vehicle to X-pert Auto Care, the power steering pump was faulty, but the hose was fine. I was charged half of what I was quoted at the other shop. The repair was completed the same day. Keith was great! He answered the phone on the first ring. I told him my issues and he told me when I could bring the car in. After I dropped it off, he told me what the problem was and didn't try to tack on additional unnecessary repairs. I'll be bringing my vehicles X-Pert Auto Care from now on.”
