The employees here are so very nice and helpful they don't mind going outside helping you with questions about parts on your car i went to Auto Zone and I was not sure if I had the right name for the hose I was needing on my car and they absolutely would not go outside and see my car at all and then they had also said I will need to take it to a mechanic to be sure what the hose is called but I went here and I had no issues with these guys they came right outside and looked and then we went in the store and answered all of my questions I had

John either needs to be retrained on customer service, or assigned to a position where he doesn’t have to interact with customers. My experience with John was the rudest interaction I’ve had with a clerk all year. He acts like he doesn’t want to be there. There are way too many other auto parts stores out here for me to deal with a business that does not value its customers enough to hire professionals. I have seen other reviews regarding similar experiences with this same employee. Either nothing was done, or whatever was done didn’t work. Dear management/ownership, John is costing you money!

Worst o'reilly's auto parts i've ever been too. 3 people standing around, and no one wanted to help. Didn't even know what a battery cable was!!!!

I needed to get my alternator checked after buying a new battery from Orielly auto parts earlier that morning. The young lazy attendant would not check my alternator because it was sprinkling outside. Poor service from the young men who work there.

Very rude customer service John I waked in the store he did not say anything I go to the counter for help he’s on the phone act like I was not in the store and his co-worker was in the back cussing I had to go on google to find what I needed I check out he did not say anything but cash or card a I did not respond I just paid and left out the store

Mitch and his team were extremely helpful and very sweet, I'm glad I came to this location. They made sure my concerns were addressed and they quickly resolved any issues I had with my vehicle.
