Do NOT waste your time with this dealer!!!!! I reserved the truck a month ago and confirmed the day before. Everything ok until the day of showing up. I promise this place will pay any fees I have to pay! I will sue!

Lied about my return. The fuel was full when i left the rental. Charge me 41.00 for nothing. I can't overfill the tank.

The young girl working here has zero care if you are supposed to have a rental truck for any amount of time.she will demand you bring it back early so she can rent it out to another person. regardless of what you have paid

Rented a truck from there and the inside had an old Candy bar on the dash with ants crawling all over ..it was dirty and they gave me the truck with less than a half of tank.... I wouldn't accept it but I sent my son to pick it up because I was at work , then when I return the truck they did t even want to come outside to see what I was complaining about ... horrible customer service

The way I was treated yesterday by the woman at this location was embarrassing, sad, and very unprofessional. I believe I was a victim of discrimination. I went to pick up my 26ft uhaul; I had a reservation and confirmation number at 8am. The woman said she did not have a reservation in my name (before looking at the computer) although I made the reservation a week in advance and had screenshots, email, and text confirmation to prove it. The woman claimed that she had no information with my name in the computer even though I provided my confirmation number, phone number, drivers license, and $100.00 security deposit. The woman said she could not rent to me "because she didn't want to". She continuously gave excuses of why she could not rent to me to include "because I don't want to", "You don't have a reservation" (even though I did). After pleading my case, presenting the screenshots on my phone, and expressing that I really needed the truck to do a move she made a phone call to "her boss" and said that it would now be $200.00 cash. I was totally confused and blindsided at the fact that I would be charged an additional $100.00 which I honestly believe had EVERYTHING to do with the color of my skin (I am a black man). I had 100.00 cash on me already because that is what is ALWAYS required when I rent U-Haul trucks, along with a card to put on file to match the name on the reservation (all items requires were provided). I was prepared to pay the $100.00 dollars cash and was now being upcharged and additional $100.00 without a valid reason. I said ok fine (I really needed to do this job). I told the woman to put it on my card. (Navy federal debit card with MY name on it) she says if you use a card then it will now be a $300.00 deposit. While in front of her computer pretending to look up my reservation she continued to ask my why I needed the truck?where are you taking the truck? Do I plan on stealing the truck? I thought it was a joke! I was being interrogated by this woman! I thought this was an episode of punk'd! But the woman was very serious. At this point it was obvious that I was being discriminated against, it was obvious that the woman felt that she should not rent to me, it was obvious that I could not rent this U-Haul truck because I am a a black man. I refused to pay the now $300.00 deposit left this establishment empty handed. I'm not the type of person to write reviews, even if the customer service was poor (with any company). But it was clear what kind of business was being ran at this location. Never rent here! Ever! U-Haul Corporate is now investigating and I hope that these people will never be allowed to rent trucks to anybody. Just Sad!
