This Walmart is terrible!!!I went through the self service line and there were only two machine that had cash back, one of the machines didn't have enough cash so I had to wait for one of the Walmart representative because she took the entire time I was in line speaking loudly about her dislike of the customers that shops at Walmart. She stated her dislike loudly as she wanted all to hear. She stated how rude the customer's were and during this entire process this representative and a greeter spoke ill of their co-workers and the customers. I waited to get assistance, I wanted to see if she was going to at least look up and notice that a customer needed assistance. I finally had to ask her for assistance because she wasn't paying anyone any attention, and then she came over on the system and gave herself a five-star where I was standing at at the end of my transaction. Like she really deserved a five star service. She paid no attention to the customers in line and I stood there and watched her, and listen to her as she bad mouth not only the customers but her coworkers. Needless to say, I gave her what she should receive from her management, prayerfully wisdom. Next, I'm going to ensure that the management have feedback. If you're not happy with your position working at Walmart, then don't work there. It's bad enough the customers has to basically come in and check themselves out without any assistance from Representatives at walmart. Either like your job, be good at it no matter what it is or leave. Somebody, somewhere will be happy to have a job

Lazy workers who are either walking around not working or piled in a group all talking to eachother.This store is the worst Walmart I have ever been too.It is just really disappointing definitely need new management and a whole new staff

Place always smells like trash,not well kept,and the workers are always on their phone or talking .Went to the self checkout today and had a item ring up the wrong price took the workers 10 to 15 minutes of talking with eachother telling eachother to go flirt with random customers before they even notice.Then when i finally get help im told they can't fix the price because they have no manager there and the best they can do is 10% off.Firstly where is the manager of your store like seriously and second the best you can do is 10% noooo give me the price the tag says.This store isn't even worth going too anymore just ridiculous

I commend this location for trying to do something different but personally, I don't think it's working just yet. A human cashier experience is almost nonexistent here. I was amazed at how many self check out machines are here so I assumed, I would run in and run out in a timely manner. I was wrong! I spent more time trying to ring up my items than looking for the things that I needed. The self check out machines are highly sensitive. Most of my items were double charged and after each item, I had to press the help button for help to void out the double item. The self check out attendant will come over and delete one item and before you know it, you doubled ring again and the attendant is at the next station deleting something off for the next person.I'm not sure if this is an easy fix for Walmart but it definitely is a costly wait for the consumer. Once the kinks have been ironed out, I can see the vision in decreased service time. However, It is disheartening to see so many jobs lost due to the number of self check out machines here.

New location shopping like I thrive on. This store was either new or newly renovated. Lighting was great, the selections were great. Moving around the store was easy. It was fun and rewarding to the tune of $100+. The parking was lighted and police patrols were visible. Great experience.

Kinda wondering why I ordered a Vizio 50"....hasn't been delivered!And today only delivered 1 box instead of 2! Waiting, because I'vealready paid for it. Check your items closely when they arrive..!

Do not place online orders for this store unless you want to get expired, spoiled and wrong items. Not sure how you can pick out brown lettuce and think its ok. Confuse taco cheese for cheddar cheese. My pork chops smelled like fish and had a hole on the plastic. Ground beef was full of blood. I'm so disgusted I cant even go on with the rest. I contacted customer service and they were fast on giving me a refund. It was just frustrating. First and last time ordering from this store.

I did Walmart grocery pickup. I arrived. After five minutes, someone asks for my name. I give it to them. They say they will be out shortly with my order. Ten minutes later, he comes back and asks my name again. After 20 minutes, he comes back and says the order picker left off some items and it was not his job to get them, but he has another employee getting the items. Finally, 30 minutes later my order comes out. This Walmart is all around terrible. I would not recommend it for grocery pickup. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had an appointment here to get new tires on 1/17 @9am. I got there about 8:40am so I can be early. 9:00am hits and they're open. BUT the lady working tells us no mechanics are here so there isn't much she can do. Cool. I'm a patient guy. Couple more minutes go by, and they still aren't here. I think they arrived about 9:40ish give or take. Young lady comes out, gets everybody into and tells them where they need to go. I set this appointment two weeks ago. As time goes by and they have my car, she tells me my order isn't in. I never got an email or anything about my order. Nothing besides the confirmation of appointment so I came in as prompted. After saying my offer has been delayed (news to me) the mechanic comes out and tells me he will look for my tires. He ends up finding them, and able to complete what I needed. My car also makes a weird sound now as I press on the brakes. This didn't happen before. I will not comeback to this particular store for anything. The miscommunication and new issue in my car has turned me away. This is ridiculous EDIT. Had to give them 1 star. Lousy job all around.

I went to Walmart in LoveJoy to order some tires . Well let me tell you please don't order anything from the tire center horrible place of business . First off I order the tires on Sunday well today is Wednesday and I called to make sure the tires were at the store. I stayed on hold 25 minutes for some manger to tell me sorry but we shipped the tires to Texas when that was the store they was suppose to ship from.Then he has the nerve to say we will have to reorder them after I have taken the day off work thinking I was going to be serviced with new tires today. This is not professional at all and yes I'm upset because no one even called to tell me that an error had occurred . Lastly this is the last store I will spend my money at again I hope they do better in the future minus my business a highly disappointed customer !!!

This is the first time that I have ever experienced a self check out line this line outside of an holiday... One lane open (express checkout) and self checkout on one side of the store only. I'm not sure if it's the change in management or what that has caused this Walmart to fall apart but, I will definitely go to Target next time. Anyways I could go on and on considering I have plenty of time to write this review.

I hate to rate this Walmart a zero because it's not Walmart it's self it's the pharmacy this pharmacy is the worst the girls that work there are so rude it's like unreal you asked them a question and they act like you're just taking so much energy out of them because you're asking a question I've never seen nothing like it but the actual store it's self is the best Walmart I love it but pharmacy they need to either re-staff the entire pharmacy or either shut it down
