I’ve been going here with no issues. Until recently. I get the same refills at the same time every month and they never have it together. Today I go to pick up my prescription and it’s not ready. They said I have 10 days to get it. They sent the message on September 6 that my prescription was partially ready. I called on the 6th and said I’ll wait until the whole prescription is together. 6 days later(not 10 days like they told me) they have to re-do my prescription because they put it back. Not only that, it’s the wrong medicines at that! I had an important business trip that I have to delay, because they keep messing up my medicines. Thank you Walmart of Lovejoy, smh

I absolutely love coming to this pharmacy. On two seperate occasions I arrived at the pharmacy at closing and both times they still gave me my prescription! Today my prescription was not ready and pharmacist Thuan still filled it for me to ensure that I had my prescription. Ms. Chinwe also was a significant help and expressed the importance that I got my prescription today! Eben is also always so kind when I come even though it’s at the end of business! I greatly appreciate the staff here and would not get my prescriptions filled elsewhere! Thank you staff, I greatly appreciate you all’s help.

I like this pharmacy a lot, almost never lack a medicine that I have been prescribed, once in a while there has been some confusion but the problem has been solved. very good

Rx Tech Shayla was rude to an elder lady who you could tell spoke minimum English. She was extremely to everyone in line about closing, some people were standing in line for 15-20 mins. She stated over 5 times to other employees “we wont be leaving by 7:30”

i would just like to start off with the fact that I was in the hospital all damn day yesterday I come here around 5 pm to pick up my medications and they were closed?? They don't close until 9pm so I'm confused I needed my medication yesterday and now I have came back today and the pharmacist here are very unprofessional I'm standing in line to get my medicine and the line is long so a young woman is going around to everyone asking the name they are picking up for and just so happens when she gets to the person in front me she stops and goes back to the office and doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing or even ask what I need we've been waiting in the line for almost an hour now and I just would like some form of communication going on around here

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! as someone who works retail this unacceptable to have a customer having to call 5 times to get through and then when they answer they put you on hold for 20 plus minute!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!

I want to share my experience with the Pharmacy. Ms. Niki is a pharmacist that works there. She went out of her way to have my son's prescription transferred out of another state. Then she did a courtesy call to tell me my son's prescription was ready. She is always puts her customers first. She is a true professional. I just love her spirit. She also make sure her staff is trained professionals. Ms.Niki keep going higher. You rock!!!❤❤Wendy Johnson

I have been a customer since this store opened. I'm blown away by all these negative comments but in my opinion it is more reflective of the customers than the staff. I can't tell you how many times I have watched that nice Pharmacy Manager, Nikki, trying to calm an angry customer then it turns out to be something the customer did that created their issue. Then the customer walks away without ever apologizing. Nikki handles the situation with kind words and a smile no matter how foolishly the customer has acted. Then Nikki goes to the staff member to show them the next steps but you can tell her goal is to encourage them not to let one bad customer effect the treatment of the next customer. Nikki had been at the Lovejoy Walmart for a few years but her effect on the customer service is amazing. Disregard these negative comments, we have all hear: an angry customer is likely to tell 10 people but a happy customer is only likely to tell one or two. Let me be the one that says Nikki and staff, I appreciate you. Thank you for always being helpful and kind. Here is your award for "Best Pharmacy Manager and Staff in this Area". Keep up the good work.

I am DEATHLY afraid of needles.There's a girl named SHAYLA at this pharmacy that I wish could give every shot I will ever need. SHE IS GOOD at giving shots?I didn't know she started&she was finished.She's patient& kind. Ask for her if you're afraid of needles but want to get vaccinated.

Do not place online orders for this store unless you want to get expired, spoiled and wrong items. Not sure how you can pick out brown lettuce and think its ok. Confuse taco cheese for cheddar cheese. My pork chops smelled like fish and had a hole on the plastic. Ground beef was full of blood. I'm so disgusted I cant even go on with the rest. I contacted customer service and they were fast on giving me a refund. It was just frustrating. First and last time ordering from this store.

I have been living in the area long before there was a Walmart in Lovejoy. Nikki is the BEST Pharmacy Manager this location has ever had. I can tell she is trying to teach the staff to use the system better so they can help the customers. I also really appreciate that the rude behavior has stopped. Nikki, my hat is off to you. You have taken a pretty rough staff and turned it around. It's not perfect but life isn't. I just appreciate the great effort being made.

Literally the only reason I come is for convenience. With the masks, an attempt to protect my privacy and the sneeze guard and sounds from other shoppers it's hard AF to hear. I come from customer service and there are a ton of other ways i can think of to help people without screaming at them and theb giving attitude when they have to repeat themselves.

I did Walmart grocery pickup. I arrived. After five minutes, someone asks for my name. I give it to them. They say they will be out shortly with my order. Ten minutes later, he comes back and asks my name again. After 20 minutes, he comes back and says the order picker left off some items and it was not his job to get them, but he has another employee getting the items. Finally, 30 minutes later my order comes out. This Walmart is all around terrible. I would not recommend it for grocery pickup. I would give zero stars if I could.

Nikki the pharmacist was awesome! Great attitude, very professional and personable. She was instrumental in my getting a COVID vaccination. Thank you Nikki!
