“I don’t usually do reviews but today me and my wife had to find a u haul truck last minute to take my jeep to pooler to get fixed. We rented a uhaul and a trailer. He was a very nice helpful man. Before we left he made sure everything was good. He also offered that if any of the trucks or anything had a problem that he would definitely fix it or clean them out before leaving the property. Even though it was raining a little bit, he still came outside to show us how to hook the trailer up to the uhaul and made sure all the lights worked. He also ground guided me to get as close as possible to the trailer. All around he was just a great helpful guy and I will totally be coming back soon. I would definitely recommend going if you need any trucks from u haul or trailers and he also has storage units.Today’s date : April 24, 2021”

“Jerry did a great job getting me what i needed for my move. If you can use the app and reserve what you need prior to going in. It will make everyone's life much easier. Overall a 4 star rating due to time spent in store. The manager really needs to hire one more person to help out. Jerry processed 5 different customers during my time there.
