“I had a small package with over $200 of purchased items never show up. I called the Clermont Post Office, and they found it within a day! When I made the online purchase, I had put my address in wrong. ??♀️??♀️ I don’t know how they figured out where the package was, but I do know they went out of their way to help me. And they were very gracious when we realized I had sent the package to the wrong address.”

“My experience with this office was very pleasant. My phone call was answered swiftly (10:49am) and the USPS representative that answered "Bernie" could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address. She also placed a follow up call to me regarding the shipment as more information about the tracking became available. Thank you Bernie, you were wonderful!”

My first impression left me unsure, but over time she has really won me over. She always has a smile, is friendly to everyone, and is consistently willing to help. She has even taken the time to research missing packages for me and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been pleasant, and she truly makes customers feel valued. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service.”
