The 24Seven gym located by Lowes in Vidalia is great! I was staying at the American Inn, and you get free access to this gym and I was very impressed!I was just happy to see a squat rack but the entire gym is really nice and clean. The have everything! Squat rack (only one, but hey), cable machines, fully racked dumbbells, treadmills, tons of machines and tanning beds. The only thing I would say, is that I wish they had more cleaning stations throughout the gym so I didn't have to keep walking to the front door for the spray and napkins.. but other than that, this is a really great gym. I will be contacting the owner for future visits to see if I can drop in when I visit family again.

Signed up for a "Fit Smart Challenges" in 2017 at a local 24/7 gym. No support was offered on the first day. Totally not the exercise program that was advertised. I told the 24/7 gym management that I did not want to proceed. I also sent a letter that I wanted to cancel. They charged me for one month, and I was not charged anything further. I thought it was resolved. Fast forward to 7/2021. I get contacted by a collector for the full amount of $225. 24/7 is complete garbage. Fitness-sales.net is complete garbage.

Stay away from this gym because the owner only cares about your money. We live in Metter, GA and we originally had to join 24 Seven thru the Vidalia gym because we could not get in touch with the owner of the Metter gym. The owner acknowledged and understood our situation with the Metter gym, was very friendly and more than happy to take our money and sign us up so we could have access the Metter facility. Now that the Metter gym has sold and the new owner is no longer affiliated with 24 Seven we do not have access to that gym. All previous members that signed up thru the Metter office had their memberships transfer to the new owner. Ours did not because we had to sign up thru the Vidalia office. I have called and I have emailed the Vidalia owner to see if we could discuss our contract since we live 25 miles/40 minutes from Vidalia. The owner did not respond to my phone message I left, the two emails that I have sent her, nor will she answer the phone when I call. What kind of business owner/person takes a customers money and then ignores them when they try to get in touch with them. I'll tell what kind. A 24 Seven Family Fitness owner.

I have tried numerous times to contact the owner by phone and by email message, but she refuses to call me back. She only cares about getting that $66 a month membership fee and nothing else.

This is not owned by the corporate store, and they corporate office does not care what goes on here. The bathrooms are often without tissue paper, the trash is usually overflowing, there's nobody who works in the Jim itself. The owner does not care about the gym at all. But, it's the only game in town. If you live in Metter and need to join a gym, just beware of what you are buying. On the plus side, you can usually work out with hardly anyone else in the gym.

Awful customer service and they completely trying to cheat you out money. Making nearly impossible to get out of the contract even when is a Open End status. So don't let them fool you just because the tanning bed is good by the time they rip you off you can go buy your own tanning bed cheaper

All the reviews about them taking your money are true. They promise free Zumba and classes and beware there are none. They don't even have an instructor on staff. They are liars and crooks. They do not hold up their end of the contract then you are stuck paying them. The equipment is also very old and tanning beds are outdated. Had to get another tanning membership elsewhere.
