Before Ameris Bank I used to keep my savings in a coffee can .The staff Ms Michelle in the Lyons Ga 30436 bank she literally make me feel like she is my own personal banker.I started my own business since I started a relationship with Ameris bank and know I have invested my saving in a CD because the coffee cans are to small and it all started with Ameris Bank and Ms Michelle always being there answering any questions and give us great advice .

With the similarity of banking services provided by local and national banks these days, choosing one is often a matter of convenience, e.g., which bank is close to your home or business. If you’re fortunate, however, the bank you choose excels at personal service to such a degree that you bond with them and would drive across town to do business with them.
Amerisbank is such a bank. Not only do they offer a full line of banking services, but their staff has been well trained in going beyond the norm with their customer service.
The Branch Manager for the location I chose to open a new account is outstanding. Not only did she make the process easy and carefully explain everything, but she responded after hours to an email I sent seeking help enrolling online. Who does that these days?

I don’t even know where to start. But let’s start with knowing how difficult it is to handle the affairs of elderly parents especially when it comes to their finances. The anxieties that I thought my mom was going to experience with ’changing’ things around were put to rest when we sat down with Dawn Curl. She understood us very well. Her sense of professionalism was warm and welcoming and I think that really made my mom relax. Our requests were met with efficiency as we accomplished what we had set out to do. Coming all the way from Atlanta and being received the way we were received from the ladies at the front all the way to Mrs. Curl was a pleasant experience. There is a branch closer to her home, but she knew where she wanted to go and that was to the Lyons Branch! I am glad to know that my mom banks with a place she can call her ‘financial home’! She feels safe and confident to have Ameris Bank as that place!
