So grateful that my yoga journey led me here. I have found so much peace in this space and with MY teacher Paige. She is a shining light and a beautiful example of unconditional love. Her words of wisdom always reach me when I need them the most. She lives her yoga of service off the mat and truly practices what she preaches. This is my satsang…my community…a place of truth.

I am in the area for a part time assignment and am very happy Zen Den was here. I was not used to "flow" yoga, but I am challenged and enjoying it. I find myself smiling many times during the class. The instructors are great. Thanks!

I've received three calls in a 15 minute span from this number. Left three voicemails of nothing but background noise before hanging up. I've never been to this place, called this place, or even know where the city is as I don't even live in Georgia. Hope they don't treat their clients like this.

There was a time when I thought yoga was only for the thin, athletic, and flexible. This is simply not true, especially at the Zen Den. Paige, Evan, and Hannah will meet you where you are then uplift and encourage you to get you where you want to be. I have been practicing for a little over a year now and have never felt this comfortable in my own skin. I encourage anyone who reads this to come to a class and become a part of this growing yoga community.

I came across this quote the other day... and I immediately thought of my new friends at Zen Den. “The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the best version of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great.†I can definitely say that the Zen Den is helping me to become the best version of myself. I haven't been practicing yoga very long..... however I feel right at home with Paige, Evan, and fellow yogis. I've learned that practicing yoga isn't about being extremely flexible, completing every pose, or looking great during the entire practice- it's about feeling good in your skin.
