One cashier on a Friday night. Line backed up half way the store and manager is in the office on facetime. Instead of helping cashier. This is ridiculous. This store needs a better manager. There is nothing being done. But how you expect a crew to work when the manager doesn't.

Good place if you need something without having to go to Vidalia.
The parking lot needs spaces repainted, no one knows where to park at, most people just park right in front of the door.

Just moved to Lyons and out of the two times that I've been there there have been issues pertaining to the cashier and ringing stuff up. The first time things were able to be resolved but this last time I was charged $34 for an item that was only supposed to be $17. I got back in line to try to solve this and the manager said they were only able to refund me the $17 which after taxes came out to 18 and obviously I had to give the item back so now I'm out all that money as a single mom and a refusal to help me when they made the mistake.

Most of the time they don't have what you are looking for and then there is only one person running a register and she is sitting in a chair. Can't see over the register.

Past two times I went card reader was down.. I had to leave my cart at the register because the reader has been down..bathrooms are disgusting. My son went into the bathroom and the soap dispenser wasn't working so he couldn't wash his hands. Won't be back for a while if ever

I prefer this store over the others that are closer to home.Update 9/11/22 :My sister was treated very poorly today. Recent "turn overs" and changes have caused a drop in the "customer service" quality. This store used to be great, but it is drastically dropping.

15 deep in 1 & only Open line. I went to Manager office, inform them of the number of people in line at 1 register and would she be able to open a register? Lady with her hair slicked back, big falsies informed me she had a cashier coming in in 10 minutes. I asked her if SHE could open a register and she smiled and said NO. Polite but unapologetic nor caring towards customers time. I left my stuff, & spent my MONEY at Family Dollar, found everything I needed, checked out with only other person in line.
