We just switched my elderly mother's prescriptions here. They have been awesome to her and even prepackaged her medications into little packets for am and pm. You guys have made her so happy and been so friendly to her. Thank you very much.

I've done business with allcare for two years never had any problems everyone was always very nice and helpful until two days ago , one of the younger girls was rude in telling me I had to call my doctor for a refill and I pointed it out to her , she hung up in my face , of course I called back , then I asked to speak to manager he got on phone accused me of lying on his young female employee and told me I could take my business elsewhere if I wanted to. Very poor customer service!!!!!

I am very disappointed in allcare. I depend on them for my meds. They close at 3:00 on Saturday. I was there at 2:57 and tumbleweeds were blowing in the parking lot. Everyone already gone. I work in Atlanta during the week so I need my meds before 5:30 Monday morning when I leave for Atlanta. I understand that 2:57 is cutting it very close but it is before 3:00. I will be moving my prescriptions to somewhere else. I need these meds to liveWell I stand corrected. Trent Akins just stopped by my house to see what meds I need. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m convinced that this will be my pharmacy. These people really care for their customers. I’ve never seen it demonstrated better. THE BEST!!!!! Please consider ALLCARE!!!!The entire staff at Allcare is awesome. They sincerely have a desire to serve their customers. They make you feel like you are their favorite customer. Please just try them out for pharmacy needs. I promise, you will never leave!!

I had to go here unexpectedly for some much needed items for a family member. I was clueless as to what I needed and how the whole process worked with insurance and all. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Beth was especially attentive and kind. I am so glad that I chose Allcare for our loved ones needs. We will be back!

Meadows Park Rehab Vidalia suggested the Rifton bathing system for my wife. I order and received both the TRAM and Wave Bath System. The representative with Allcare set up time to demonstrate the TRAM to caregivers but at this time my wife will need additional rehab before using. They have already agreed to come back at that time. I am most please with price and service. WJB Dublin

Check out our durable medical equipment department for slings, braces, crutches, and power chairs. Just want your maintenance medications filled but dont have a ride? If you live within the Vidalia or Lyons city limits, we can deliver your medication at no additional charge to you!

I walked into Allcare right at closing time and needed assistance and they did not hesitate to help me. I dealt with Beth on the medical equipment side and she went above and beyond to make sure I was straight. She even called a couple days later and asked if I needed anything. Wow best experience ever.
