This specific location has a woman at the checkout that definitely shouldn’t be working there. Its the second time we have encountered this, the woman throws all the products at check out and is extremely rude. She damaged our eggs in the attempt to be “Fast” loading our groceries in the cart. We truly love aldi however we will not be returning to this location…Aldi Please bring back the great customer service!

I have to say that this place is much better, especially when it comes to customer service. I like the prices and the food quality. I like that they are in stock on food that I like. The last time I visited, I got out of my car to be hit by the smell of urine. The grocery carts are set outdoors near that area, and it concerning if the grocery carts are getting bacterial on them. I hope that I will have a quarter on me because sometimes I don't. In this case, I would just grab a basket or a box that's in the store to put groceries in. I wish it was another way to get a grocery cart because sometimes I'll want more groceries. I have to remind myself to bring my own groceries bags.

I’ve never had an issue with an Aldi before. I even suggest them to friends and family because of their low prices and exemplary customer service, but now I’m very frustrated. I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon for pick up later that evening. It was confirmed then rescheduled due to high demand. That was fine. I then received a text after 10 this morning saying my shopping has started and that they later checked out. Now 2 hours later, I receive another text that it’s being rescheduled again… At this point I’m confused because how can you reschedule after you checked it out. I call customer service because you can’t call the actual store, and it was like the representative was in a completely different conversation. Sad to say, I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I liked this place, I found everything I needed and very cheap, fruits, vegetables, bread, meat, it's very good.
