I went to the bank in person because I had tried for an hour the day before to get someone to answer the telephone. I was calling for my 92 year old Aunt, who needed some information to take to her CPA for her tax returns. I asked the young man that greeted me if anyone there ever answered the phones phone and he actually just shook his head and didn't say anything in return. I told him that I have read a lot of negative reviews about that Bank not helping people who were older, or were not able to access them by internet and there was no comment. He did make an appointment for her to come in, but since she is physically handicapped, that is almost impossible. HML

Bank of America makes it impossible for elderly and disabled individuals to do their banking especially if they are not tech savvy. Everything has to be done online or through the mobile App. I observed the greeter in the lobby turn many people away and tell them to use the app. Although I was the only person waiting, he was telling people if they wanted personal help they had to wait an hour because of appointments coming in later. There should be someone in the lobby helping the walk in guests and people who need immediate help. Navigating the voice prompts on the phone is also difficult for some people. When did banking become this impersonal? I came to help my disabled aunt because she has been hospitalized and could not access her account only to learn that Bank of America closed her account due to inactivity. She was in the hospital! As a result, her social security check did not deposit to the account and she has no money to pay her bills and has to wait until the payment is reissued. If you thought BOA customer service is bad, try calling the federal government for help. We don't know how long it will be before she is able to come back into the branch to open another account. Everything else is online but she has to physically come in to do that? It is terrible how BOA treats its most vulnerable customers.

Made a 12-1pm appointment to open a small business account. After waiting for over 10 minutes for the banker (Brian Tobar) he decided to take off for his lunch break knowing I had arrived and that I had been waiting. He walked right passed me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. This is not the kind of service I or anyone deserves. Taking my business elsewhere and you should as well.

Friendly employees but def not my favorite branch... I stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday and there was a line of about 6 people. I was directed to go to the Teller machine and it was a waste of time because the machine does not dispense $50s or $10s. I haven't used the machine in years and did not recall this limitation. Further, the teller machine is really loud and not private. Other things I don't like about this branch is that it's old and has a weird smell. All things considered

I like this bank of america. The workers are polite and the environment is well organized and neat. Never had a problem.
