It's a great feeling when employees let their customers use the restroom. Unfortunately, if I don't I will leave without buying anything and more people who are not from America will benefit. I don't work at this gas station and will talk about my experiences with another bp that I feel comfortable with.

The owner of this store is Lisa the most rudest, disrespectful person I've everMet. Kids came in for snacks and she immediately ran from behind the counter, got in their faces and told them to get out! I asked the reason and she said that she had a bad experience with other kids, I asked, well was it them, she said NO! So I explained ever child isn't bad and you can't project that. She then threatened to call the police on me. I will never patronize this store and IAlso spoke to the principal to please raise awareness that our kids aren't safe there

The guy who works there (heavy set Asian guy) is rude and gives poor customer service. I needed change and he stated that if it was for the car wash next door he would not give any change… even though money is money. A simple courtesy could not be given, it’s a shame. Low ratings across the board anyway

Stop at this gas station July 10, 2021, with the intention to use restroom and purchase a bottle of Gator after riding on Silver Comet Trail. Walked to restrooms and they were locked. Asked clerk were restroom public and he said rudely no. He stated to me he would only unlock restrooms if I purchased something from store. I politely said that’s okay, I will take me business elsewhere. He then made a statement he would only allow me the use the store restroom this time without a purchase. I continued walking to my vehicle.

This is the worst BP one will ever find.The pumps never have any receipt paper and today they had no premium fuel fuel.I'm done giving them any more opportunities for my patronage.

My station of choice. Can't speak on the service inside because I use the Bp app to pay at the pump. Very convenient and quick. Nice to earn points being I drive a gas guzzling V10.

Attitude, service, and place of business completely atrocious. The smell, the upkeep, and the attitudes reflects the owner's demeanor. Just unnecessarily nasty and rude with no provocation.

Worst experience, I often pump gas and occasionally but lottery tickets. I went to cash in 6 winning scratchers and after spending 10 minutes in line the attendant refused because "it takes time". He just stood there staring at me with a couple of people behind me in line refusing to take them. I will not be coming back, they need to retrain their employees.
