Women there greeted everyone but me. My money is good enough to shop with you, yet you don’t offer your restrooms to the public. SMH. DD’s discount store and Burlington down the street is better with more options. Surprised they’re still in business. I miss Catherines!

I always have my purchases shipped the my local store. Once, when I went to pick up my order, the sales associate scolded me for not shopping in store. She wanted me to know that the sales associates don't get credit for sales when I have my items shipped to the store and if I return them the store it goes against their inventory. Very disgruntled employee. She really should take it up with cato. As long as they offer the service I will be shipping my purchases to the store. The other ladies at the Mableton, GA store are very nice.

This Cato Fashion was nice. They're style options was very vast but the staff was friendly. I went in looking for something dressy to wear, but wasn't able to find anything.

Cato's Corporation clearly must be gathering Shoppers information to sell for profit like most companies. The customer service at the stores is always very good. But, clearly the corporation gathers information to provide to large companies. I purchased an item for cash returned it a few days later because it didn't fit. Making a purchase you don't have to provide an ID or anything. My item was still new with the tags and the receipt and she asked me for my ID and I asked why? She says well corporate has us get the ID and type in all of the information from the ID when you make a return with cash. I was very confused I've only had places ask me for an ID when you do not have the receipt. So I was very upset because I needed my money back. But otherwise I would have refused because some people don't like to use their card so that they aren't getting tracked by these large companies that sell our information to these online tech people. I was very upset I would never shop there again. That was so strange company wanted your driver's license number full mailing address telephone number and all of that information just to return an item because you paid cash. That's ridiculous.
