Stopped by CVS to print some graduation photos, but unfortunately, my pictures wouldn’t load onto the machine. Even though I wasn’t able to print, I really appreciated the customer service—staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely tried to help me troubleshoot the issue.
It’s always a relief when people stay calm and kind, especially when tech doesn’t cooperate. I’ll definitely give it another try soon, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this location.

The pharmacists here work very hard to ensure you’ve got what you need. I really appreciate their efforts to get my child’s medications to us and double check our insurance coverage so we’re not paying more than we have to. The pharmacy does seem to be a bit understaffed and the pharmacists seem a bit overworked, but they have always been kind to me.

Poor customer service and overall bad shopping experience. They are not staffed to help people and they list photo services but can't complete them. Do not go here

The Front End Lead will follow you around the store as if your an issue . The manager and the Lead need more Training . Do Not go to this CVS they never have in stock items

One of the worst CVS I’ve ever been in all due to my experience with your rude pharmacist Harrison. New resident in the area was not welcomed at all even after expressing my concerns with his rudeness. I am definitely transferring my prescriptions out of this CVS. Id rather travel back to SMYRNA than deal with this pharmacy. I cant Tolerate rudeness when dealing with my health and Customer Service. My pharmacist in SMYRNA was professional knowledgeable and always welcomed me as if she remember my name! If you do replace the pharmacist consider that when you rehire/replace!

This pharmacy is terrible! The amount of time u have to wait to get medication should be illegal! They are always out of stock and the medication is never ready! They always wanna charge when I have insurance and the covers all medicine I hate it!
