manager does not have the manager spirit and online says five below hiring assistants but when go ask in person you get denied that no they don't, false information should take such adverts out then? and by the way you get treated and ignored by manager ( workers sometimes try but not much better) , the environment is just trash, don't go if you want to save your good day. ( i would give minus stars if could).

I love love love this Store, this location though, definitely going down hill… Seems like every time I visit, there is a new Manager as well as staff (is that good?) I had a pick up order on shelf while present and the manager was sitting on his phone not even noticing I was standing there waiting! I needed assistance with an employee and her headphones were in both ears so I had to speak at her for attention a few times! Like I said I love this store, just don’t let it fail with employees that don’t love the store as well!

I'm not sure what happened to cause them to not trust their customers. I do not like that they have a self-checkout, but won't allow you to check yourself out. It makes me feel incompetent and untrusted. I will be shopping at Pop shelf until they make the adjustment. Making your customers feel valued should be top priority.

I was in a wheelchair and it was very hard to get around. One of the guys that was working there had his butt hanging out of his pants. Really was disgusting to see I won't be going back to that store!

I truly enjoyed this particular Five Below!! The store set up was BETTER than the other series I visited. SUPER CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!! DID I SAY ORGANIZED LIKE, 😮😮 You KNOW where things are & didn't have to look high and low🤣 The store manager was amazing and very caring. Emmanuel was a great help and enjoyed making sure the store looked nice. He stopped stocking to actually help me look for a product. I appreciate that. They were all very professional and took pride in there store! FB #6206 in Mableton was amazing

I appreciated the customer service and overall environment. The employee at the self-checkout was very helpful and had great energy, I do believe they made a slightly unprofessional comment with another customer though. I also feel like some of the items I purchased were overpriced for their value.

I like this Five Below in Mableton. Out has a variety of items, and the store was clean. I drove a few miles to this one instead of going to the one closer to me in Douglasville, and it was worth it.
