I’ve been going here several years to the same tax prep person & she’s AMAZING! I pray she doesn’t retire anytime soon!! Thank you to Ms. Tracy (the supervisor) for her kindness as well!!

I don’t know who is doing my S/O taxes at this location but it is COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE to call someone after 10:00 at night & continuously call after 11:00 going on midnight. We were asleep at those hours & this “person” called a good 5-6 times FROM H&R Block. No company should be calling at those hours of the night. The ONLY people who should be calling after 8:30-9:00 is family & it being an EMERGENCY! And if someone DECLINES a call at those hours, don’t be rude & keep calling over & over & over & over. It is common sense! Put yourself in those shoes. How would you like it if someone called you repeatedly at those hours while you’re trying to sleep?? I seriously hope that corporate or someone that’s higher up sees this & mentions something about it. It’s rude & disrespectful to call that late in the evening.

*BEWARE* This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Omolara was my tax professional and I will say I would rather do my own taxes than return to her and this establishment. First - the inaccurate advertising. There is a sign in the lobby that says in big bold letters “Free audit defense” and “transparent pricing”. Well they charged me $155, not the $80 I’d been quoted. She also tried to sell me $40 audit defense. Second - she was 10 minutes late to our appointment, like walked in the door 10 minutes late. Her phone was also going off the entire appointment. AND the 2 nights before, she called me at 8:30 pm. That’s just inappropriate. She talked down to me and was rude. She kept asking me to sign things and when I asked about them, refused to explain to me, but just said “I’ll explain later at the end.” I’m ashamed to say that I was rude back by the time I left, but I will NEVER be returning.
