Called to see if a prescription that I knew was ready could be held to the next day,and when I called, I told them who I was calling for and her birthday. Rudely was told can you just tell me what you're calling about and I told her I was trying to tell her what I was calling about !
Her attitude was very sharp and hateful and disrespectful to a customer of Kroger's! This is not the first time but it is the first time I am writing a review because I have had enough of them and will be transferring prescriptions to Publix. If Kroger doesn't appreciate their customers enough to straighten out the situation in their pharmacy then they should lose their customers!!

No one smiles, no one wants to help, employees seem preoccupied and are inattentive to customers! Only ONE woman is nice - she’s a supervisor? Middle age? The rest need some customer service training!!!

I drove across town after my daughter’s track practice and made it there at 7:58 and they close at 8. Tell me why the employees were walking out, lights off and gate closing saying they’re closed. I had already received the text that my daughter’s prescription was ready. How disappointing Kroger.

Went to the pharmacy today and Jaya Smith was so helpful in getting me the meds I needed for my wife. She went above and beyond to assist and I’m thankful for that!

Never answer the phone, and when they do, they have attitudes. My doctors can’t get through to them either. Prescriptions are late all the time and the notifications are all over the place. Absolute chaos.

This pharmacy is awful!! Wait wait and wait some more. My hubby has a stomach virus and scripts were sent electronically at noon. Went to pick it up at 2 and was told to pick up at 4. Went at 5 and still not ready. After I made it clear that I needed the medication now, it was ready in 10 minutes. This happens all the time at this Kroger. Was handed new medication with no instruction. I will be transferring all of our scripts to Publix. If Kroger doesn’t lift their game, they will be gone!

This pharmacy is terrible. I had to switch pharmacies due to the fact I had just gotten out of the hospital in the morning and they told me I couldn't pick up my medication until the next morning.

Have been notified prescription is ready several times. Can part of prescriptions if I can't afford all of it at the time. If they're out, they call when it comes in.

These people work hard. Overall,they do a great job. It is really hard to complain about a group that is consistently getting out the meds for their customers. Yes, occasionally, the wait is longer than wanted, but when you talk to them, they are very committed and concerned about what they do. How can you complain about them, when you really look at the volume of customers they serve with a . I definitely recommend this pharmacy. Great people committed to doing the best for the customer.

from being a great pharmacy to being one that is useless. They never answer the phone. They always have the drop-off window closed.. Kroger just needs to shut this pitty Pharmacy down.

Can't fill my medications like diabetic drugs, Trulicity, insulin. Sent a message on backorder and not available from the manufacturer. Lily is the manufacturer. Trulicity is being manufactured. What is the pharmacy saying in the statement. If it isn't manufactured it can't be on backorder. Avoid this pharmacy they're crazy.

Closed up shop over half an hour early and I couldn't get my medications. If they were going to do that, they should have told me while they were on the phone with me an hour earlier. Not keeping your posted hours is a HUGE issue for something like a pharmacy.
