About a month ago, I stopped in looking for Chi-Chi’s cocktail mixers, which are my favorite mixers. They didn’t have them in stock, so I mentioned it to management. The manager told me he would see about ordering them. Honestly, I assumed it was just something people say and never follow through on.

To my surprise, when I returned today, not only was my favorite Chi-Chi’s Margarita Mix on the shelf, but they had stocked four or more additional Chi-Chi’s flavors as well!

That level of customer service is rare. Listening to customers is one thing—actually taking action and making changes is something else entirely. Their willingness to follow through speaks volumes about how they value their customers.
