They will not deliver your food on time. This location is absolutely terrible, they know they're terrible, and has no intentions of getting better. I'm sure the owner will reply with the typical "I'm sorry for your experience"-please, instead of responding, try to get your restaurant in order.

This Marco's always has my food ready before the pickup time, owner seems to be in the often, and is way better that the other Marcos in Mableton as this one has better prices and faster service..

I ordered a pizza at 3:30 it said the pizzas will be ready at 3:59. I got there at 4:15 pizzas were not made. Nobody greeted me or the two other customers that were there. They literally ignored us one customer was there like 15 minutes behind him, I came. I was there maybe five the other lady behind me. She was serviced rather quickly when I let the owner know that the pizza is supposed to be ready at 4 o’clock and that I had to go he was like OK bye I’m glad I didn’t spend my money there because the customer service is piss poor and I’m over it , people come to spend their money to feed their families not to be ignored . Plus the people who was working looked high as a giraffes butt hole and sleepy at work ! Won’t be back.

‼️ I’m writing this review 4 months later for TRAY! ? I ordered a pizza the night of 09/13/23 for pickup which had some very specific customizations, and the team prepared my order PERFECTLY! Tray helped me receive my order when I arrived at the store for pickup with the *BEST* service and engagement she could’ve ever offered me! ? She asked me to check the pizza to confirm it was accurately prepared (which it absolutely was!), ensured all my multiple sauces were included with my order, and inquired if I needed any plates, packets, etc. ? Tray has a bright, vibrant energy and enthusiastic spirit about her! Her personality was memorable, and her sincerity was inspiring. Tray really made my pickup experience delightful. I never have a bad experience at any Marco’s, but Tray certainly made my experience unforgettable by being a bright, loving light in a world where you’re not always treated with kindness and care. Thank you, Tray, for being YOU. I truly hope you are celebrated and recognized EVERY DAY for being the TRUE #SUPERSTAR that you are. ???

The food is always good. But I went to pick up a pizza and I wasn't given the option to tip. I asked the cashier how I could tip and he said "don't worry about it, it goes to the store anyway". That was really disheartening and makes me not want to support Marcos. Why would the tips go to the store and not the workers? That's messed up.

I like Marcos pizza over all but the dropped the ball on this one... idk what was wrong with the crust but it was tough and rubbery, like eating the box... the slices were not cut all the way through, I asked for extra sauce and the pizza was dry. Please just try to take pride in making a quality product. This was my first bad experience with Marcos.

I ordered food online. Got to the place within 15 minutes of placing my order. Online, it stated my food would be ready in 20 minutes. The place didn't open until 35 minutes after my confirmed pickup time. I ended up waiting an hour for my food. I would not recommend ever eating here. The location is filthy inside.

Waited close to 40 minutes although I received confirmation that my pizza was ready. After 15 minutes they brought out my order but it was totally wrong so they had to remake it so it sounds like they never made it . People were calling in and they stated they were not taking any orders. I can tell they were busy but the entire process was ridiculous. People that came in after me got their orders before me. Would not be recommend this location.

This Marcos has absolute Terrible customer service. On one occasion I arrived 4 minutes after the order was prepared and found the staff eating my pizza.I took a picture because I couldn’t believe it. When I approached the manager he said that it is policy to throw pizza out after a certain amount of time.Ok. Well, on a second occasion, I arrived exactly on time. I asked for the my order and was told that it was still being prepared. 15 minutes passed and I asked again and was told that it was still cooking. After another 15 minutes I asked about my order again and was told it was not ready. After waiting for 45 minutes and repeatedly checking in, I finally learned from a different staff member that my pizza had actually been ready the whole tie sitting there in the front. They still gave me the pizza (which completely contradicts the manager's statement in my previous experience).This inconsistency and the long wait really aggrevating. I ended up getting a refund, but it's clear to me that customer service at this location needs serious improvement.

I placed an order for pickup at the location on Veterans Memorial Blvd and when I got there, not one employee stopped and acknowledged that I was at the counter. I was the only person in there and there were 3 workers making pizza behind the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one employee said a word to me or even looked my way!!!After 10 minutes I just walked out the door… as I left they just keep pretending to not see me and didn’t say a word as I left!!Horrible customer service and Marcos will never get one red penny from me again!!#Lost Customer forever

I ordered a pizza online at 11:07. I was following my order via email. I saw it was confirmed, preparimg and in the oven.My estimated delivery time was 11:37. At 11:45 I tried to call the store to see if my was on the way. They did not answer the phone or try to call me to let me know that they were not going to deliver it. The only way I knew was when I checked my account to make sure that the money was taken off of my card. It was but was also reversed. MARCO'S I am so disappointed in you. You have to do better in the area of communication.

My grandson doordashed at got a half done pizza and a pepperoni calzon that looked like a kindergarten made and was half done. I called I was at work they told him to bring the food back He's 12 then they asked me to call the dasher to come get the replacement pizza how was supposed to that....... This
