Last time at this establishment!! I requested a coffin shaped set with the ombré French, towards the end, I realized it was sloppy, my cuticles were flooded with acrylic, all my nails were crooked and over filed.. I told the nail tech I didn’t like them, please start over. He said he will fix them. I told him it wasn’t possible because he already over filed the sides to the point where I could see my nail bed meat. He got so angry, aggressively started cutting my nails off to the point where I had to snatch my hand away out of fear he’d cut me and make me bleed. He got a bowl and poured acetone in it and spilled majority of it on me and said hurry up and soak off my nails so I can “go home.” Smh. I asked him why he was upset, he said he’s not, he’s just ready for me to.. again “go home.” I soaked my hands trying to get the nails off and another nail tech started removing things I was using to get the nails off, the nail file and a towel. At that point I picked up my belongings and proceeded to walk out the door, at this point the male nail tech who messed up my nails yells “Thank you!” Appalling, disgusting and unprofessional. I hope this place gets shut down.

I had to find a last minute place to get my nails done and I came to this place that I never been and the guy did a HORRIBLE JOB on my french tip nails. I see why this shop is ALWAYS empty. DO NOT COME HERE if you want nice nails. I had to inform the nail tech that he wasn't doing a good job on my french tip and he was barely able to fix it. The bad reviews about this place is absolutely correct and I barely leave reviews but this place is Horrible.

I had such a great experience at nails by sally. This young girl did my nails very nicely, and held such an amusing conversation, the employees are so friendly and good at what they do 10/10 would definitely come again.!

Dina hooked me up with a full set. It Stayed for weeks with no lifting or chipping!! Beautiful ombre design with intricate stars. Will definitely head back there next time I'm in town. Thanks Dina!!!

Poor customer service and professionalism. It was my first time visiting here. Came right in and began my pedicure. The lady hurt my cuticle. I told her it hurt, and she said a little more. That should have been my first clue. I chose the Firewalk pedicure. The highest one. About 3/4th of the way through the service, she wraps my legs with towels and proceeds to go service another client. I have seen this in a hair salon, but not a nail salon. No one else was able to help me. Finally, I took the towels off because I needed to go pick up my daughter. So I left not receiving the full service and unpainted toes. They said I could come back I told them no. I came without my daughter for a reason and have a full day the next day. The gentleman who checked me out expected me to pay full price. I have no problem paying for the part of the service I received. To insist on full price was ridiculous. I paid for pay of the service and left. I left with a hurt toe, unpainted, unshaped toenails and $30 less. Now I know why it looked empty when I came.

I won’t be returning you get what you truly pay for from the customer to the workers. It’s probably only 2 good techs in there Sally being one of them. Not a place to go for a relaxing nail date got my nails done 06/29 it’s only 07/02 paid $45 but I should of went elsewhere for peace and a better full set it was nice at first but I see now a rush job never last long.

Not returning. I asked for ombre nails and showed the nail tech a picture (the one below). The picture to the left is what I requested, the right is what I received. She literally put clear nail polish on my nails with silver glitter at the tips. That’s not ombré. The pedicure was the worst. She didn’t even trim my toenails. I had to ask her to do so, and when she did, she literally only trimmed ONE nail. The paint job looks like something my teenager did for me at home. I paid $65 for this nonsense. I’m not a complainer, I just stop patronizing the establishment. This was terrible.

They completely rushed my pedicure. They kept trying to add on extra prices. I got a gel pedicure and it came off the next day. They were so rude and thats insane considering how poorly they did my pedicure as well. Will never come again.

Dina is my absolute favorite. She does great work and so easy to chat with, she makes you feel like comfortable and at home. Her designs can range from intricate to simple and she's meticulous with details. I've gone to her specifically for a while and I love her!
