I like them, been here for close to a decade now and I've never had any serious complaints. I just mind business, kill myself in the gym (hypothetically), and then go home. No talk, no play, just work.

This PF is the closest to my house. I prefer to go in the early morning. For the most part, the machines are functioning, and the gym remains clean.

This gym is filled with undocumented people, then have the nerves to ask us American citizens for identification because PF has made it so easy for anyone to get a membership. I will not be back, LA Fitness here I come. At least I’ll feel more protected. PF needs to really do better.

The manager/owner Jonathan is a jerk!
I was involved in a car accident they would not cancel over the phone, I had no way of canceling in person. So I was informed to write a letter, they “so-called” never received and continued charging me every month.
He’s an inconsiderate individual that lacks customer service skills. He didn’t try to assist me in any way so both of us would be happy no instead he got rude with me caught an attitude and all I can’t stand a sassy man smh but I will make sure the corporate knows how he treats his clients!

Super annoying the never open on time on the weekends. Staff is too lazy to get up early and open doors on time.

I have nothing but enjoyed my time at this planet fitness and always looked forward to working out here. Tonight an employee named "Bobbi" ruined that experience for me. Bobbi told me that I could not move the dumbbells out of the dumbbell area, I complied but asked if this was a new policy, he stated he's just enforcing it. After my workout I politely asked the lady working if I could see such policy. Bobbi was immediately aggressive asking her what she was doing. He then turned to me and said I do not have to show you any policy here that if I say you have to do it you have to listen to me. I was confused and said I'm not allowed to ask for policies to the gym I go to? He said you can but I do not have to tell you. This is the first time in two years going to this gym I've felt inferior, helpless, & not wanted at this gym. I was extremely polite and respectful but I was treated with the most unprofessionalism I've ever witnessed at this location. I do not want to workout in an environment where i have to feel fear from its employees.
(UPDATE) I contacted management like the owner said and sure enough it was Bobbi saying that he is management and there is no one above him. That I need to contact corporate. Surprise, again was as rude as ever. How this guy is allowed to represent PF baffles me.

The gym was clean with plenty of equipment. The extra perks like hydromassage really elevates the whole thing for me.
