Normally, I don't have too many issues at this pharmacy, and it is in a convenient location from my home to pick up prescriptions. HOWEVER, TODAY was a different story indeed! The lady who waited on me was EXTREMELY RUDE, and didn't even attempt to be helpful or offer any suggestions or solutions to the problems we were facing. I had to call my doctor and get her to recall the prescription in. It was an ordeal, but the main issue I had was with the overly rude nkn-customer service! Perhaps she was just having a bad day, as we all do...

I used to love my Publix at Mableton walk but the last 3 times I bought ground beef from here it has fresh meat on the outside of the package and once you open it’s full of old stinky brown meat.Stay away from this meat department!!

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You do not receive the Publix customer that you’re accustomed to when using my this pharmacy. My prescriptions have NEVER been correct. At a different Publix now and pleased.

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy my family will ever use. We used a few other who were lazy or never had our order ready and at that point My brother, who’s schizophrenic, needed medicine ASAP. I went to Publix and BOOM! Never looked at another pharmacy again. Their professionalism and their respect for my deaf Mother when she’s with me is why I’ll travel to come to this specific pharmacy. Long story short the last pharmacy was at the Cobb Douglas health department and honestly I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to that particular pharmacy just miss all the excuses and the extremely long wait and come to Publix Pharmacy on Floyd rd❤️ ? They’re amazing and knowledgeable about any medicine doctors throw at you lol plus they’re kind and courteous. Because honestly that means a lot to someone with a deaf Mother and a schizophrenic brother. Y’all are some angels ? ?

I came in to buy lunch this morning. I was using a healthy benefit card through Humana. The cashier didn't k ow how to use it. Then the manager was called over to help and she did someone thing but said it didn't except it. But I was just there last week with the same card and the little lady the checked me out did it so I know it works. But thanks Publix now I have no lunch for today I will never come back to this Publix again.

I called to see if they had a prescription at 2pm and i was told to wait while they check... well 30 mins later and multiple attempts proved exactly why this Pharmacy has such terrible reviews. They will literally leave you on hold for 30 mins with no problem. Needs better management!!!

I switched to Publix because my husband was using them for years and I was with CVS nearby and always had issues. My experiences with Publix Pharmacy is so much better. I rather go in to pick up med refills and have a better experience rather going through the drive through and having a horrible one.I understand about being busy but customer service and kindness goes a long way.

Worst customer service! Incorrect information on prescription status, never have items in stock and "must order", in the last year never a phone call to alert you of any filling issues. All to eager to send you to another pharmacy instead of trying to resolve the issue. Avoid this location if at all possible. Was 5 Stars for years, the "Liz Years". Now it is rock bottom. No care in customer care!!

I've been calling pharmacy for the last 2 days and no answered. I walk in and my medication wasn't ready. If they could only know how to answer the phone. 3 ladies working with such calm attitude . Phone rings and rings and they just don't know how to answer it! This pharmacy is following the same steps as the Kroger pharmacy. Medicine doesn't get filled on time you wait more then 3 days for medicine.

Hands down the worst experience from any Publix pharmacy. I don't know why this location is soo much worse than the other but honestly, I strongly encourage you to fill your prescriptions somewhere else. They are NOT reliable and the staff is NOT friendly. You have to call multiple times to get them to pick up the phone, they usually don't even put you on hold, they just hang up and terminate the call. I already know that calling this pharmacy is at least a 30 min commitment. After being able to talk to them, they tell you they will start working on your prescription and give you a time that it will get ready by only for you to arrive and find out you have to wait 45 min more because they haven't even started working on it. If you decide to come back next day, the same thing will happen. You cannot trust that your prescription will be ready by the time frame they give you nor the following day, you have to go in person at least twice for them to take you seriously and start working on your prescription.

I called five times to get my prescriptions transferred to Publix from Kroger. But I'll have to find another pharmacy because nobody answers the phone. Also the music is awful while on hold. It's off the station so it's real scratchy and the music is awful.

This pharmacy began struggling when the previous pharmacist/manager (Liz) left. The downward trajectory continued when their best tech (Stephanie) left. Prescriptions are never ready on-time, and if you call or stop by, you'll almost certainly be told they are "still working on it". Additionally, you MUST pay attention to quantities. On two occasions they have given me a 30-day supply of medication only to deny a future refill stating a 90-day supply was previously filled. Spare yourself the headache and find another pharmacy.
