Ordered a sandwich from deli ahead of time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after they said it was ready. Other than that the salads are fresh and people are friendly.

Employees are great! If you order subs from the deli, you better order 5 hours before or you will be waiting. That doesn't mean the deli staff is doing a bad job, just overwhelmed. There should be a better system in place to let customers know that their order is ready and the Publix app isn't the place.
