What pissed me off was the fact. You can put in a store you want to rent from. But you have to rent by the one that’s near you. And I didn’t want that one. But ok. So after going thru with everything, I found out I had to pay a higher then what I planned. So I needed to discuss this with my fiancé. So the lady was like make sure I call her back. I said ok. She ended up calling me. And I was on the phone with a family member about something wrong. I was gone call her as soon as I got off the phone. Her petty behind voided the contract. Didn’t even wait till next day. Because my fiancé said yes. But I needed to finish talking to my family member. I was gone call her right back. I felt that was petty and stupid. U can at least give 24 hours. Petty employees

This store is ridiculous. They literally harass you about payments. They call the moment the store opens up about your payment that is due that day. I’ve complained to the manager. Next is corporate. I’m ready to give them the product back and this point because I’m being harassed about $90

The manager Cedric helped me out tremendously. From the time I walked through the door to when my stuff was delivered he was very professional and willing to help me and answer any questions that I had no matter how many times I called. He was very patient and even the movers were quick and efficient and very respectful. I appreciate everyone at this establishment.

I had to go without my AC unit that I purchased from them while making payments on that same unit they never ever Came out to my house to service it when I spoke to Cynthia or Cindy the general manager she told me that she would not service me but they have in the past. I’ve been at my current address for three years. I am telling you this right now when I told her I was going to call corporate she said well I am corporate and I’m not going to do anything about it since I’ve been going to that store that store has been through seven or eight store managers the last one her name was Erica and she was hardly ever there

I rent a couch from this location. I got COVID and was out of work for 2 weeks. I spoke with someone and let them know what was going on just last week. Well today I received this message saying they would take out a felony warrant for their merchandise. The account is 10 days past due and I’m pretty sure I only owe like $100 maybe? Anyways. This is weird and unprofessional. Especially for an account that’s 10 days and about $100 past due.

Worst customer service experience ever. I have been back and forth with the store for over a week now. I had to call customer service and speak to the district manager. They do not follow promotional policies even if you do them online. I had to argue for days to get what was told to me online and customer service. The workers in the store are rude unless you are buying something. USE ANOTHER LOCATION IF USING RENCT A CENTER!!!!

If I could give this store a zero I would. They were very communicative during the sales process but once my money was taken from my account I didn’t hear from them again until I personally contacted them for my delivery details. Usually things such as required assembly is communicated but like I said I didn’t hear from them until I called them. Once they arrived they let me know they had to assemble it and since they couldn’t do so my delivery would have to be rescheduled a whole week from initial date. Because I am on a tight timeline I tried to call and cancel my order and go through a different branch the manager said he would get back to me within an hour and never called. I called again and got no answer. I work in sales so I understand getting your commission but completely disregarding a customer after the initial sale is extremely unprofessional especially when the lack of communication caused a setback on the customers end.

I've been with this RAC for 4 years and have bought TVs livingroom sets ect.. I have credit to buy now days, but I have to say that the staff has always been helpful and professional. I just want to say thank you for always getting what I need.
