I’m so tired of bad customer service. I really hope this location closes soon. Terrible customer service, and behavior. You guys needs to be out of business at the Veterans Memorial location. Just close the doors. The associates at this location do not need a job.

Sherwin Williams you lost a customer and a sale thanks to the rude attitude of the 2 ladies in front of the store. But there is no day wasted, I left there and got my paint at the home depot.
Free advice: explain to your employees that their salary comes from customers and they, as employees, are committed to serving with education and courtesy.

I walked in for a paint match of my kitchen cabinets. I immediately received help from Chris. He was so professional and kind. He did a perfect match for me. Better than the previous place I went for the same job. I've read the reviews of this location. I must admit I was skeptical of coming. I must say, maybe it's not the location but more so who is working in the location. Chris did his thing and I appreciate it. Chris from Hiram location is who I speak highly of. Thank Chris!

Great location, been living and visiting this store for several years. Recently had the worse experience ever in my 25 years living in the Smyrna, Austell, Mableton area. The store Manager with the long blonde braids-extensions, is very loud, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. My contractor is the most professional, easy going & respectful individual I know, and he was not happy with the services at this location either. My neighbors and I experiences has been great at this location until now!

Very helpful staff! When the store didn’t have the right product on-site, Treasure was quick to offer to call a nearby store and had the product held for me. I was done in 20 minutes and had everything I needed so my project could go on. Thank you!!!

Don't come unless you really have to. From the manager to the employees. The customer service is the worst I've experienced at any Sherwin Williams store. They act like they're not getting paid to provide service. Always seem to have an attitude about something and never have an answer for anything. I'm a pro. It's sad and upsetting how they treat the regular person who doesn't have much knowledge about paint. Really wish Sherwin Williams would do something about it. It's not anything new...

Sherwin Williams is great. This store, is not. Employees literally sitting on the shakers and conveyer belts on their phones, not acknowledging customers, talking on their personal cell phones while working, the list goes on an on. I've never seen such an unprofessional store and staff members. Corporate needs to have a chat with the store manager and their crew. Asked for 7 gallons of paint, only 3 were mixed and ready when we came back an hour later to pick them up. Waited another 30+ minutes for the last 4 gallons to be ready.Definitely won't be coming back to this location.
