Very helpful staff! When the store didn’t have the right product on-site, Treasure was quick to offer to call a nearby store and had the product held for me. I was done in 20 minutes and had everything I needed so my project could go on. Thank you!!!

Don't come unless you really have to. From the manager to the employees. The customer service is the worst I've experienced at any Sherwin Williams store. They act like they're not getting paid to provide service. Always seem to have an attitude about something and never have an answer for anything. I'm a pro. It's sad and upsetting how they treat the regular person who doesn't have much knowledge about paint. Really wish Sherwin Williams would do something about it. It's not anything new...

It was my first time at this particular SW location and I will definitely go back. Two brothers there were super helpful in my purchase. Great customer service!!!

Sherwin Williams is great. This store, is not. Employees literally sitting on the shakers and conveyer belts on their phones, not acknowledging customers, talking on their personal cell phones while working, the list goes on an on. I've never seen such an unprofessional store and staff members. Corporate needs to have a chat with the store manager and their crew. Asked for 7 gallons of paint, only 3 were mixed and ready when we came back an hour later to pick them up. Waited another 30+ minutes for the last 4 gallons to be ready.Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service. We are a pro contractor with a pro act, all other stores nothing but a pleasure to work with. This store specifically gentleman working at 9am on Tuesday claimed he couldn’t mix a simple gallon of agreeable grey within an hour. Took Home Depot less than 2 minutes to mix, & they “didn’t have time.”

Came in needing two gallon and took over 35 minutes to get and there was only one person in the store beside me don't come here if you need to get paint go to a different Sherwin Williams

"Your attitude, is what describes you. What you want to be, it just may not be what the people see. It's up to your attitude- to show the real you. Cause it's in your eyes where the truth resides."If I can describe the experiences that I have had at this location it would be a thumbs down overall. It has to be the environment. The employees are obviously unhappy and irritated. The store is portly stocked with brochures and products. If you want a good experience or should I say better. Go to Sherwin Williams paint store on Concorde Drive in Smyrna GA- they educate, participate and partner with you on your projects. I cannot say what the experience is different but I believe the employees who work this location are abused by the owner. Its just my opinion. I have spent over 10K in this store in paint and to be treated like that doesn't count for something is disrespectful

After discussing the kind of paint necessary I asked for semigloss and when I got home I saw that they sold me Gloss extra and ultra. I expected any person working in a sell paint only store to have better training . Also they charged me almost $43 for 2 Quarts of sample paint. And I did not receive the military discount. I will go to a different store for the -paint all house- purchase. This store doesn't want my business.

I would not recommend any one go to this location if you are in need of a knowledgeable staff. After I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff checked social media I then asked for assistance. I was in need of Cabinet grade paint (emerald) for a client. The lady at the front gave me the run around stating that there was not any cabinet paint available. I then said any paint will do. She explained that they where entirely out of paint. It was quit obvious she was being lazy and did not want to provide any type of service. I left in disbelief that Sherwin Williams had no paint available. I went across the street to the tractor supply and the staff provided me with more than enough paint and great customer service. As some one who’s livelihood depends on meeting clients goals in a timely fashion this location lacks a great deal of professionalism and knowledge. These people have no idea about paint or providing service to local contractors. My business will forever go to the kind folks across the street who have an outstanding amount of knowledge about the industry.

Calling all costumers!! Watch out for Shawanda. She has a horrible attitude and definitely not a people person, you don’t know you’re ordering paint or pick up a fight. Definitely not coming back here.
