Had many returns to do- and had to make sure each label went correctly with the correct item. I realized 3 similar items I needed to give the correct label and thought they could be all put in the box together I brought. Young female at the counter rushed and grabbed the first item. After realizing they needed to be boxed separately- I had to ask for item back to ensure the correct item was taken for the scan- which it hadn’t. No need to rush, and would have liked a bit more patience and kindness to ensure all my items were returned correctly. I recognize I should have been a bit more prepared, but patience and kindness goes a long way- and clearly I was irritating her, even after I apologized for needing to take 30 extra seconds to make sure I was returning the correct items with correct labels. I also was confused by the two tickets given for 4 items, all boxed separately, but my questions also apparently irritated her. Skip this UPS and go to one that has better manners and customer service.

There’s always a line. Even during the middle of the week when you’d think it would be in and out. Nope. 20-30 mins wait 6 days a week.

We waited an hour in an empty store for a notary that takes 2 minutes. The owner is the only notary and was helping someone fit a mattress in a box. We were told he had already been trying for an hour before we
Got there. After waiting 50 mins, I asked if he remembered we were here. She said yes. I said can he help us as it’ll only take 5 mins and we have been waiting forever. She said it’s by whoever came first. Typically that’s fine but most of their time was spent brainstorming while we wait with no update. 5 mins to notarize and get back to a lengthy complicated task would not hurt the other customer especially with only one employee that’s a notary.
The owner finally came to help an hour later and never apologized for our wait.
Horrible customer service, lack of situational awareness and money hungry.

Does this location not send notifications when stuff comes to the PO Box? We had a baby bag that a family member bought and it sat that this store for 2 weeks with no notice. We just decided to go there to check and it had been there for 2 weeks with no notice, why?

Fast and friendly Amazon return. However l, I was disappointed to learn that UPS stores do not recycle Amazon cardboard shipping boxes. Cashier told me I had to keep the boxes and that they didn't recycle. Wow!
