“Update: I am happy to report that I finally received my refund. It took a bit longer than 7-10 business days (service was canceled on 1/29 and my refund was issued on 2/24). Thank you Adam for providing an update and the refund receipt.
I really hate to do this but I have given them ample opportunity to make this right. I scheduled an iron infusion for 1/30. I had to pre-pay in full to book which I thought was odd but I went ahead and scheduled.
Well the provider said that my hemoglobin was too high for the infusion and they canceled my appointment. I did not have an issue with that. I was assured that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days. To date my money has not been refunded. They have ignored my phone calls and emails, I had my credit card company call them and the representative said that the office actually hung up on them. Needless to say I am having to move forward with disputing the charge, which is a huge inconvenience.
I cannot speak to the actual care that they provide, but my experience with them has been extremely “shady” and I would consider other practices before booking with them.”
“I came in recently and I really appreciated that the staff member told me about a sale on a smaller size of creatine than the one I was going to purchase- it was cheaper to get 2 small ones than 1 big one; he didn't have to tell me about the sale but he did anyways, which I really appreciated, even though I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he didn't mention it. My only complaint, which spans across GNC as a company and is not specific to this location, is that they are incredibly pushy about getting you to sign up with your phone number and email. Aside from that, I have only positive things to say about this location.”
“Asked the employee for help on choosing a pre-workout that wouldn’t cause me to feel to itchy. He explained which ingredient in pre workout caused the itchiness and made a recommendation. By far my favorite pre-workout as of yet!”
