I made a payment online I was told the payment was made. TomHill. There is no voicemail setup. So I guess they don’t want to hear if anything comes up. They have my new payment method. Website and my bank account has not been touched. What I do know it better not be taken out twice. I’m already getting in touch with Better Business Bureau. I’m also taking further measures. I signed up for auto draft agreed to a certain day. They weren’t clear about. Seem uninterested. Took my car once by asking me if I wanted to sell it to pay off $86. It wasn’t credited I was charged again for it. Basically my car was stolen. I get one income. I didn’t know better. Anyway shady business. When I pay this loan off I will never deal with them again

At approximately 9:10am this morning I tried to enter the premises and talk about my options with getting a loan. The door was locked and there were three women behind the counter looking at me. The third lady looked at me in disgust and tried to act appalled I tried to enter. I’m seeking a loan for my third tattoo studio, but I will never get a loan from this business that allows discrimination against tattooed people. If I had a lawyer in my pocket at the moment I would sue for the shameful act. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this company.

First Franklin has been absolutely wonderful through every step of my loan process. I applied online and was initially denied, but they reached back out to me and got me approved. Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful in my time of need.
