I had an amazing experience with 247 Auto Sales! The staff was professional and friendly. The contract was explained to me in details so I could understand it. Nothing was rushed! I was able to test drive the vehicle with no problem. They were upfront, honest, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. The car I purchased was in excellent condition, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I highly recommend 247 Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable car and outstanding customer service!

My girlfriend bought this 2010 Ford Expedition for nearly $6,000 from this dealership & this truck has been a nightmare for both me & her near since. Check engine light on, A/C isn't working properly in this heat, all 4 tires have to be replaced, truck has been overheating, stalling, fuel filter looked like somebody tried rigging it up, etc. Salesman told her it was just heater core hoses that needed to be replaced. Obviously that isn't all that needs to be replaced. I done at least put $1,000 into this truck on just repairs ALREADY & trying to keep it drivable since this truck is how my girlfriend & her kids get around. I'm a truck driver I honestly wished she would waited until I came home off the road before she done business with these people. So I could've been there to steer her away & protected her from this lemon she doesn't know what to look for when checking out a car & of course just like a typical dealership they took full advantage of that in her & sold her this lemon truck. For $6,000 I don't expect perfect but I definitely expected a better running vehicle than this. Just poor business.

Paid cash for a 2020 silverado. 2 days later, the transmission had to be replaced. Cost 7000 to fix it. Of course no call back from the dealer.

I thought 💭 I had a good salesman but he wouldn’t return my calls. Don’t know what was the problem, he would not say. I guess they had too many customers to worry about me… 🤷🏾♀️ Thanks Josh for making me feel low. I just was looking for a payoff car.

Best car lot in macon I bought a Jeep Cherokee I loved it until it got totaled from a accident where me and my son got hurt. But we are alive and I'm very grateful. Josh was an amazing guy helping me every time and as promised he would find me my dream Jeep a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Xl. I'd go give them my service again.
