I bought a washer n dryer as well as a tv. Paid off the tv and just ordered a speaker… The setup for the washer n dryer went well. As goes for the tv!!! Excited for my speaker

I have been a customer at this Aarons for over a year.
The first product I ordered set up and everything went fine.
The second product I ordered, just a couple months back, I had the same issue as someone previously in the reviews. I was never called for set up and had to eventually call them, and was expected to pay for merchandise i had not even received yet. It was what it was.
However today, I called to see if I could get any help extending my payment(the first time I had done this ever, have paid everything to date up so far) due to some financial issues I'm having and instead of wanting to work with their customer they made me feel like a huge problem and nuisance for needing an extension ONCE! For just a couple weeks! When I have already paid off half my lease! And wanted to know what was going on with my finances/life as if it is any of their business?
So what are you to tell me that if I can't pay for another two weeks you're going to take my merchandise? That you would need a partial payment? Why is it an issue to just extend out the lease once or do a "payment holiday" which is offered online? This place is a joke. Will not be buying any merchandise from them EVER again. What do you pay twice the cost for? Because it's definitely not for them to help with anything and you are very rude to paying customers.

I want to start by saying that I have been a long-time customer and have paid off every lease. Unfortunately, this location has been the worst experience I have had. They never called me to schedule a drop-off, so I had to reach out to them myself. When they finally scheduled the drop-off, it was a full nine days late, and there was no apology offered for the delay. They even expected me to pay for items that I hadn't received yet.
The delivery driver, Julius, was extremely rude and unprofessional. And lacked general customer service skills. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the service I received, and I will likely not do business with Aaron's again, as this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I called because I had forgot to unlock my card. Then they tried to charge me $96 saying if your card declines we charge for the month and an extra $5 which they did not tell me when I went in to lease from them. Then laughed at me when I was upset because I didn’t understand. Then said, “do you feel better now?” while laughing at me. Very unprofessional and rude.

I leased a brand new stove on Dec 5.The stove worked for a week.I called and tried to get a replacement as it was the holidays and would need to cook.I was told a repair order could be made but who knows how long it could take.A repair does me no good after the holidays,when I needed to cook.I called to have the stove returned and no longer use Aaron’s.I was charged for the month and used the stove like I said for a week.The billing happened after I had already requested the stove to be returned.I have bills to pay and shouldn’t have to pay for an entire month when the stove worked a week.I won’t use Aaron’s again and if my card gets billed again,I’ll take legal action.

My father ordered a refrigerator and the delivery people showed up and did not any try to call or ring the door bell, we have a ring camera and no one ring the doorbell, we tried to get the merchandise redelivered, but the person we talk to was not professional and asked due you want the merchandise redelivered yes or no in an unprofessional tone and advised that we do not
