I cannot say enough about Shelby! So professional and communicative. From the moment I brought my car in until the moment she handed me my keys back to me, I felt confident in my car being repaired back to pre-accident condition. I just felt like I had somebody in my court and that means a lot when it comes to stuff like this. Thanks Shelby for having my back and dealing with the insurance so I didn’t have to. The collision staff here is top notch. Super nice and very knowledgeable! Austin and Shelby are amazing service advisors who were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Rylee was so kind and welcoming, and her customer service was outstanding. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. 10/10 recommend! Such a great team all around!

Shelby was absolutely amazing. From the time I dropped off my vehicle to picking up. She stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on the repairs. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Seriously a 1 of 1. Thank you!!!

The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to. I took my car on Dec 10 for a passenger door to be fixed, the damage was about the size of a quarter. My son drove by on 1/6 and asked why my bumper was off for this. I called caliber collision only to be told that whoever had misinformed me. Please do nor insult my intelligence, I have pictures of my car tore apart all but the part that needed to be fixed. My car was there for 4 1/2 weeks with nothing done. No phone calls. I did receive several texts telling me the progress of my car, down to on 12/26 that it was almost completed. Then I'm told at Caliber that those are just multi media text. I told her that this business is very misleading. 1st a text said my car would be ready on 12/30, that morning we were told 1/, then 3 hours later I was told 1/9, then 1/15. She did tell us that they were running behind when we dropped car off, that it would be 3 or less weeks. The 15th would if been almost 6 weeks. Had them put car back together and will be taking somewhere else. Even ins comp said they have problems with this branch. Never again or will I recommend Caliber Collision!!

Omg thank goodness on my 2st day in ga my husband and I were in a crash they had the car for 3 months and it looks fantastic and it’s amazing and they worked with us every step of the way they keep us in the loop and I am so happy with the way it come out thanks y’all

I am typically not the one to do reviews but I couldn’t pass this one by I was rear ended and was very traumatized, hurt and all the above about the situation my insurance company asked if I knew a repair shop and I decided to go with this one my initial phone call with Jennifer was exceptional she went over and beyond and ensured that they would take care of me to get on their books was really fast my in person experience was exceptional her name was onzie ( probably spelled it wrong ) but she was phenomenal she put me at ease and she made me feel like family it almost felt like a big sister that had my best interest at heart she was very thorough and kept me updated with everything concerning my car she didn’t miss a beat during a time like mines I needed someone who would lighten the load and she did just that although my car didn’t make it to the side of repairs due to extent of damage I appreciate everything that was done to relieve my stress or concerns I couldn’t ask questions because they were already answered look no further you have found a place to trust your car is in good hands 🙌🏽
