Looked up item on line at the store I was heading to. At the store the item was more expensive than listed online. Tried to show the online price, but was told that this Ace didn’t match competitors prices. Tried to show the site was for the store I was at, but I still was to the other price. I believe this is a “Bate and switch “ . Guess I’ll go back to the big competitors who at least give you the price that is posted. Or should I just go back to Ace, throw some money on the floor and walk out. At least I’ll know I’m getting screwed before hand.

Excellent service! Ace Hardware really personalizes your shopping experience and gives great suggestions unlike big box stores. Every single associate was super friendly!

People are always asking if they can help and I never have to look too far to find someone if I can’t find something in my own (unlike other hardware stores). I always try this Ace Hardware first and would only go somewhere else if it is an item they simply don’t carry. Keep up the friendly service as it makes a big difference. Thanks!

This Ace has little regard for the handicapped. Aisles are blocked so you cannot get through, so you have to backtrack to cross the aisle. I was standing at checkout, trying to stand up, the cashier asked where I hot the item. It had no sku so she tried to get one but had no idea what it was. So she decided to answer the phone. This is only two trips on two consecutive days. Other trips are about the same. If you are handicapped, go elsewhere.

Talking about customer service, my grand daughter fell in love with the young lady there that talked with her, and made her smile. I don't know what she is in college for, but whatever it is, she will be Awesome!!!!

The associates were super helpful and prompt to greet me when I entered. The store had the keyways I was looking for, which let me finish the job that day. The only reason the review isn’t a 5 star was the clerk over charged me for an item but I didn’t catch it until I was gone. I would visit the store again.

The store was clean and well lit, and the employees were helpful. The item I was looking for did not have a price tag on or near it, which is a disappointment because I prefer not to have to ask. However, when I asked an employee for assistance, they helped immediately and did not act like I was troubling them. I would 100% shop here again.
