Well as far as my service today, Janice was Super, she helped out tremendously and was very pleasant to talk too! Janice really went over and above and provided me Great Service!!!
For Janice’s Service - I Give her a 5 Star
As far as my unit, I think you are too high/too expensive, and expecially for an outdoor unit. I have another unit, and it’s an indoor unit at another storage company and their indoor units are cheaper than your outdoor unit. Your outdoor unit have just destroyed my belongings that I’ve stored at your facility, to the point where I can’t even use my items that had been stored in your units/facility. I am very upset and displeased with that.

Ms sierra is a beautiful awesome person the day I meet her i was in a crisis and I had went to another storage and they told me I had a storage and they ended up being closed on my move in day and it was pouring down raining on that day I found her on the internet and I came over and told her my problem and she told me how sorry she was for my issue I had and she took me right in and gave me one of the best spots in the house lol she has been and is a life saver to me y’all need a good family oriented storage space come here to free up storage and free up all
