A worker by the name of Carmen was much help to me finding jeans that would fit over my ginormous tush. She was very kind and respectful, and such a beautiful young lady. I will keep coming to American Eagle to have the best customer experience. Thank you so much, Carmen.

There was like 6 girls working there standing around complaining to each other and each one of them was standing in front of the jeans wall I was trying to look at they just stared at me and didn’t move as I was trying my best to reach around them. Not one customer was talked to or helped while I was there which is ridiculous since they have so many people working at once. If you need help at all or just to look at a certain product an employee is in front of don't bother coming in.

Shotty customer service closing the fitting rooms over an hour early. Put simply I'm not going to buy jeans if I can't try them on and make sure they fit. This store lost my patronage because I'll drive to American Eagle in Warner Robins before I shop here.

Stopped there to get some jeans for my daughter tonight. Wasn’t asked if I needed help once in store. Walked all over store looking and passed 5 associates who never asked if they could help me. 3 of them stood around talking the whole time. Went to check out and the mom jeans didn’t count for sale. Cashier didn’t tell me that before ringing me up. So tried again looking for another pair with no help from the 5 associates in the store! So I walked out with nothing! Whoever the manager is there needs to take note of this! I’ve worked in retail and this is terrible service!!

I have visited this store several times and the staff is never attentive or even acknowledges when you walk in. I have always had to go and ask to try something on. Terrible customer service.

I previously made a purchase online. However I needed to exchange a couple sizes. I went into the store and was able to exchange everything but one item. I then saw something on the sales rack so I exchanged it for that item. I knew that I would receive money back because the item that I purchased online was full price. She first returned everything and put it on a gift card. To then re-ring what I needed in the right size. I walked out with the sales item and two receipts. I got all the way home to realize that she didn't put the gift card in the bag. I drove back up to the store to let them know that I did not receive the gift card. The same young lady who rang me up then pulled the gift card out of the trash can to hand it to me and then told me to have a good day. I've worked in customer service for 17 years part of that being at this location. customer service sucks at this location. May make the drive to Locust Grove next time.
