“I recently purchased a dishwasher here. I really appreciated the assistance in choosing the one that was the best for me. The installation of the new one was a wonderful experience! I had regretfully purchased one from Home Depot and dealing with the deception of the installation process was so bad that I canceled that one and came to Builder Sales and Services where I had nothing but wonderful service! Since I was so satisfied with that experience, I have just gone back to them to purchase a washing machine. I highly recommend them!”

“The customer service is good. It's easy to return goods here also. The problem is, they use FedEx for a lot of their deliveries and FedEx drivers keep delivering what I order to the wrong address. I live on a street that ends in drive. They keep delivering my items to a house on a street that ends in circle and they won't go back to pick items up to redeliver no matter how many times I talk to them. UPS and USPS don't have this problem.”
“Lowe's has approximately half of what I need on most days. You have to search for associates to help but when you find someone they don't know anymore than you. They are very nice but usually not helpful at all. Al cannot replace human interactions! Pull it togather Lowe's or I will spend my time and money at home Depot or elsewhere!”
“Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit. Mission accomplished.”

“I am amazed at the quality of this (Macon) Best Buy’s customer service. We walked in the store and met Joe, he is not a sales associate, but immediately stopped answered our questions, went and found Chardae to come speak with us. He was so pleasant.
Chardae was wonderful. My good friend was looking for her first smart watch. Chardae was so patient. Both Joe and Chardae smiled and were so kind. Chardae went through all the brands, explained in plain English how a cellular versus WiFi model worked she was just great. I would hire her in a heart beat. Joe as well. Thank you Joe and Chardae.”
