This location hands down the best AT&T store in Macon. The people here are always willing to help and resolve your problem, all of the other locations have a serious attitude problem. I’ll keep driving the 30 mins to this store instead of the Mercer location.

Currently just left out because of extremely poor customer service. I went in there and nobody even acknowledged me. This one is closer to my home but, I will be making my way all the way to Zebulon Rd from now on.

After a very bad experience at another AT & T store I called the AT & T Customer Service number and after explaining my problem they connected me with Tonchelle Gilbert, the Retail Store Manager for this location. The previous store gave me a phone with the wrong amount of storage. After Customer Service connected me with Tonchelle she said she would be glad to help me get my phone switched over to the correct phone. She was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure that I was given the correct phone and helped me get everything switched over to the new device. Big thanks go out to Tonchelle for her positive and cheerful attitude.

He will find the best plans and add ons and upgrades . Really really happy with the how easy everything went. I get frustrated with big companies, but he made it easy.

If you enjoy poor customer service and snooty employees, this is the place for you. I bought a new Samsung A25 from Amazon and wanted help with the sim card. I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. The first employee saw me with the box and, without even greeting me, told me that my phone was probably not going to work on AT&T's network. I asked her if she knew that by just looking at the box. She (the white girl with the big caboose) appeared miffed at me for no reason. I guess they make commissions selling you high priced phones from their storerooms, so the white girl (Lindsey, maybe?) passed me on to Ebony, who acted like I was a bother to her as well. I asked to speak with a manager. I was neither aggressive nor loud. Brandon walked over to me and refused to shake my outstretched hand in greeting or even place his business card into my hand as he claimed were his thoughts. So, the bad attitude starts at the top at this store. All that Brandon would ask me was "Is your phone working now? Were you helped?" Avoid like the plague. They are weird folks. I've been with AT&T for 11 years, but I know when my business is not wanted. If the "AT&T Store Owner" (Tonchelle?) sees this, know that I do not lie and will not give you a return phone call because you will only defend your "wonderful" employees who "couldn't have done such things". They treated me like I was an absolute idiot, though they never used that term. Is your team hanging out at this store to only sell AT&T phones? Why was I treated as an imbecile from the beginning simply because I elected to buy and bring my own phone for your help? P.S. Ebony seemed so disappointed when my phone immediately powered right up on the AT&T network that she wouldn't even inform me out loud that everything was okay. Am I the idiot here?

Associate greeted me with a smile, was very knowledgeable, responsive to my needs and educated me on iPhone usage/capabilities while making me feel like a valued customer throughout the entire experience!!!

Kristina was top notch!!! Met us at door smiling and was able to service us immediately. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We even got the Att air service for our.house. As another rep helped while Kristina took care of our phone issue.
I can't remember her name. I gave yall.my daughters nail cards..LOL.. so you get credit also. Yall 2 ladies were fabulous. Made my day. Kristina even helped.me recover my FB account Which I was able to get back into later due to a link Kristina had sent me. I'm not tech savvy...... 10/10 customer service.
Keep up the good work ladies!

The sales rep, Michael, handled my upgrade from iPhone 13 to 16 back in September. He never went over any of this information with me, but secretly added add ons to my account that weren’t requested nor have I ever used. He put insurance on it, a next up plan, and I got charged for another activation fee even though I paid it already in store. My bill was over $100 more than it usually is. These people are scammers. I’m a college student and don’t have the money. I will be disputing these charges.

Emily was very helpful & made my experience amazing. From getting me a phone & getting it set of for me I left very happy and satisfied with my whole experience , phone just everything… not only just her the whole staff was very polite & friendly if your trying to get a phone definitely come to this one

The customer service was excellent! The staff waited almost an hour after closing to help. Cam and Jermaine showed a great deal of patience, I never felt rushed. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely go back again.
