We went to pay our bill 12/09/2023 at 2:15 PM and customer service is Terrible there. That store smells Bad. The Manager or the Supervisor didn't wait on no one. .. I definitely will be calling corporate!!!!

Michael and Ton helped us with new service. They were both VERY HELPFUL. It was a easy process. They both were very informative and answered all of our questions with ease. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AT&T at the Riverside Dr location.

Ebony at the store was great. However, Curt who came to our house to sell us on Fiber and AT&T mobile is a sleazy salesman. 10/10 do not recommend if you are connected with Curt to set up your service. Jacob with customer service is very helpful!

The staff was phenomenal. Mine was a bit of a complicated request and everyone was patient, efficient and empathetic. They had me laughing and feeling so grateful for their assistance. Shout out to Michael, Dominique, Tonchelle and Jordan. They are all a credit to the company. 10/10 would recommend this store based on them, just a stellar team!

The guy was nice, but clearly did not care to help us unless we spent more money. Did not want to help at all because we had an at&t prepaid plan unless he sold us a new plan again after already buying one this morning.

Monday morning me and my dad went to go replace both of our phones, and whoever helped us was very unprofessional.I’m unsure of the name of the man who helped us but I’m writing a review because he was VERY rude. He didn’t answer half of my dads questions/ and if he did it was a smart remark and he seemed very annoyed. When my dad asked him for help trying to identify the name of his phone that he brought in to be replaced (that he bought at AT&T!) the man tossed the phone on the table saying he didn’t know what it was and walked away. Yes, the phone was already broke and cracked but the lack of respect was baffling. The man didn’t want to help us or answer any questions that we had. It was a bad experience.I would like to mention he says he has been working at AT&T 10+ years, sad.

Avoid. Sold me a $17 a month (each) insurance policy for me and my wife on our new iphones that we bought. This was never mentioned to me by our saleswoman. I found out about it once I started receiving my monthly statement.

I called the store about switching my account from postpaid to prepaid. The store repeatedly told me I had to come into the store before they could help. I repeatedly told the Macon AT&T store person I didn't want to drive all the way to the store, just to be told to call AT&T customer support. He assured me that I had to come to the store.I show up to the store about an hour later... and Michael gives me the number for customer support and says that only they can help me. There is nothing the store can do.Driving to the store was a complete waste of time.Update: Called customer support. They read from Article Post Paid to AT&T Pre Paid, #000002506, in Market NCI, word for word stating that ONLY a corporate AT&T store can switch an account from postpaid to prepaid. The manager of the AT&T store, Jalen, again stated that only customer support could fix this issue.
