Great Service, I called the day before to schedule a pre-hire drug screen that I had taken with another company the week before and that test was inconclusive for acidity levels. The owner told me what I need to do to get the acidity down before my next testing with her. I followed her directions and I could tell a visual difference. Very professional!

The staff at Avita Med Test were friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They even worked with my schedule when I had to change the time. The phlebotomist was exceptional--I didn't even feel the needle insertion. My information was double-checked and the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place for all your blood work. Plus, there is touchless payment. Payment is done online.

Setting up the test was easy and super convenient. I simply selected the test I needed, picked an appointment time, and paid online. I was able to get a same day appointment. Once I arrived, check in was quick and easy. The lobby and lab wasn't crowded and was clean and neat. I was treated with professionalism, a smile, and warm conversation. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were enthusiastically answered. Customer service was wonderful. I'll definitely come again.
