Edit - after reaching out to me and speaking with the branch manager she heard me out on my concerns and assured me if any issues in the future that arise will be dealt with by her personally I appreciate the time being taken out and just hearing me out on my concerns and just being transparent with me instead of just acting like a “robot” which is all I ask for especially when it comes to my day to day finances”

“Best bank I've ever used!! I've been with them for 10 years now and never been dissatisfied. Always nice. Always on my side when I've made mistakes. And when I've needed money and couldn't get it from another bank, Capital city loaned me 50 % more than I applied for just to help me out. I believe the great customer service is due to it still being a family and a smaller bank. I pray they never sell or get big. I really appreciate this bank and the team I deal with. I can't say enough good things about this bank and the team.”
