Edit - after reaching out to me and speaking with the branch manager she heard me out on my concerns and assured me if any issues in the future that arise will be dealt with by her personally I appreciate the time being taken out and just hearing me out on my concerns and just being transparent with me instead of just acting like a “robot” which is all I ask for especially when it comes to my day to day finances”

“I got to the bank at 4:59. I was pleasantly surprised that the door was unlocked as technically, it shoukd have been for 1 more minute.
None of that mattered to the staff. They were kind enough to take care of my business, and unfortubately ,the terminal developed an issue making my visit longer than anticipated.

I believe the great customer service is due to it still being a family and a smaller bank. I pray they never sell or get big. I really appreciate this bank and the team I deal with. “Ameris Bank on Vineville Ave was an easy choice to make after moving down to Macon Deanna in the front was very helpful with everything that I needed.
