Customer service terrible each time I came there I won't be returning this time I spend $140 and guy left my item behind the counter with no directions then left it without asking if we needed help the ladies who work the front are always rude

I came because I was referred here about a sale. I took time out of my busy schedule to drop by here just for some rude attitudes from the employee that I guess work there. I was planning to come and by something throughout the month because I saw it on Facebook the sale and I liked the energy they were giving on the live but turns out that ain't the case. Won't be coming back

Bought this burlesque, retro like wig for $15 bucks. Purchased decorative curtains rods, for just $20 bucks. Overall decent store. I appreciate the owners invest in a security guard. He's always there greeting the customers as they come in!

Purchased buy 3 get 1 free on 2/28/23, the hair is poor quality, even with an extra knot it still comes out. 3/1/23, I tried tacking the one pack back to get exchange for something else since the receipt says no refunds, exchange only with receipt within 7 days of original purchase. He told me that I couldn't get a refund because it's the free pack! Sir, it DOES NOT say that on the receipt and how do you know the free pack is NOT in my head! He wouldn't honor his own receipt, I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE! If I can give a ZERO star I would!

I GO TO THIS STORE ALL THE TIME AND NEVER HAD A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIKE I HAD WITH SHAKETA. SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. SHE WALKED AROUND THE STORE WITH ME TO HELP ME FIND THE ITEMS I NEEDED FOR MY HAIRSTYLE. SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AS WELL ABOUT HOW TO KEEP A STYLE LOOKING FRESH.SO IF YOU EVER VISIT THIS STORE AND NEED ASSISTANCE ASK FOR SHAKETA.

I've never seen so many hair pieces in one place. However, I was hunting for a plastic head band. They had two styles. I bought one. The place was clean and well lit. The employees I encountered were more business - like than chummy. I've been here before. I'll come back next time I need what they carry.

Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!! Go to another location or another chain all together!!!!!!! Career Cashier: Deona “Dee” Meeks; Owner: Shadi ShahadaThis was the worst experience I have ever had over such a small purchase. First of all, I did not receive the correct change after making my purchase. It was about 8:35 p.m.,which was about 25 minutes before closing, on January 26, 2022. After a long day of teaching elementary school as well as teaching in the after-school program, I was tired and just ready to get home. So I didn’t realize I was short changed until I left and went to the Dollar General Supermarket in the same plaza. I immediately called the store once I discovered the change discrepancy. I spoke with the cashier and suggested that she check the cash register because it should have been a few dollars off balance. The cashier called me back after verifying the change issue on the store security camera. The manager did wait on me to return at closing so that I could receive the remainder of my change. Unfortunately, when I got home and finally opened the hair mousse I purchased, the applicator was missing.I just left work and decided to call the store to see if they would allow me to get another can of mousse. Something told me that they would not take it back. And that was fine because for me it’s about principle and not money. The average person will not open a can of mousse before leaving a store. And if it’s late, most people are just ready to leave and will open their items once they get home. Management in these types of smaller stores, especially those located in predominantly minority areas, do not like for customers to open anything. Unfortunately, this is especially true these days due to recent high incidents of theft at beauty supply stores. Although I have already purchased another can of mousse, I was not given the opportunity to ask the cashier if any other cans were damaged. She basically told me that my item was not damaged without even looking at it. The cashier was very rude as I was trying to explain that the applicator could have fallen off when someone placed the sensor under the cap. Yes, the sticker sensor was under the cap on the can of mousse. Or the item may have been defective prior to being shipped to the store. The cashier was rude and rather than listen to intelligence, she hung up the phone. If you go there, open everything before you leave, even the least expensive of items.

I buy what I want & I don't like being followed around the store but they are in a rough area known for stealing so they have to stay safe but they have household furniture, clothing, skin and hair care products.
