A big shout out to this store! Thank you God for the honest people that work there. I left my wallet sitting on the counter and it was an hour later when I came back and they had it sitting there for me and I had $220 in it… And everything was in there and I’m just so thankful for the type of people that work there…. I was helped by Brandi in the shoe department of Belks
on Riverside. She's excellent with customer service. She went out of her way with kindness and making sure she could help me with coupons that was due me and much appreciated. Please send a praise her way for her excellent work and give her due recognition for advancement when possible. Thank you

I mostly just order online from this store. The prices are competitive to others around town. Sometimes cheaper and sometimes more expensive. Wish they had more detailed pictures on the website. And item description. Because what I ordered definitely wasn't what I expected at all. I knew it wasn't going to be a full-size bottle of perfume. But I thought it was gonna be a mini version bottle. But not a sample 2ml spray. Also, I had to go to another store for one of my items that was out of stock. That was an inconvenience to me. Definitely need to improve in that area. Other than that, it was an ok purchase .

No, just go to Dillards. It might be a little more expensive, but they actually have employees who want to help you. There are sales and discounts you can shop for. And ask for help finding something is a great experience at Dillards vs Belks.

Worst workers ever
All of them complaining out loud. A black man and woman in the jewelry dept. Sitting down and won't get up to wait on you. Upstairs woman working cash register just rude. I'm done with this place.

We don’t shop at Belk often but my wife is a teacher and had a chaperone a high school prom recently and found a really nice dress here very quickly. Other stores either didn’t have size or dresses weren’t fit for the occasion.
