I would leave 0 if I could the worst customer service ever! You can get a hold of anyone at store. I ordered a tv and was not delivered and no signature required and they took upon themselves to return it and no help from Best Buy

Tried to call up to the store and the number is a service line not the actual store number witch is frustrating because I just wanted to know the trade in value in store credits & not one phone call was helpful.. wasted my time

Bought an expensive camera for the first time in my life just before Christmas . It arrived at the store around the 29th and I never had a chance to open it until 1/16/24. I believed that I had 30 days to return it. Opened it to find the camera had something rattling inside the body, and Best Buy corporate had nothing to offer for this broken $1400 camera that I picked up at this store, except “sorry, it’s out of the return window”. (Local employee was nice but could do nothing). Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this awful company. I never will again.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your store located in Macon, Ga. As the consumer, there should be a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from your staff, which unfortunately was lacking during my visit. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an employee who exhibited a disrespectful and sarcastic attitude. I was simply there to return a product, but instead of offering assistance or guidance, the employee directed me to go to a register without providing any specific information. When I asked which register, I should go to her response was, "Whichever one has someone standing in it." (I have been in several Best Buy locations...none are the same).To my surprise, I looked around and noticed three employees idly standing near the registers, seemingly uninterested in assisting customers. This encounter left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and provided with clear instructions and assistance. The lack of professionalism displayed by the employee not only reflects poorly on her, but also on Best Buy as a whole. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for several years. The dismissive and unhelpful attitude displayed by this particular staff member was not only discouraging but also tarnished my perception of Best Buy as a whole. I understand that employees might have busy moments, but it is crucial to maintain some level of professionalism and courtesy towards customers.

Do NOT buy the geek squad protection plan from Best Buy unless you like your repairs to take a month because they have staffing issues. I have had 2 Geek Squad appointments at my house and my tv still will not come on. If they cannot fix it for whatever reason after 2 appointments hey shoukd replace it. I have given them 2 entire days waiting at the house for a technician and still have a broken tv. Also, might be better off buy a tv from Wal Mart for a cheaper price as well since the last 2 tvs I have bought from Best Buy both required repairs within their first couple years of ownership. If you have small children or enjoy appliances that work just go to Wal Mart or anywhere else and save your money and buy something from somewhere else.Also, have been in contact with corporate and waiting on a response from them. Will update review with their actions taken to resolve this. We will see if they even care a little bit about their customers.

I was just in the store shopping for a new television. When you walk into the store, there are signs everywhere. The greeter greeted me and I proceeded to the back of the store to find a television. I was there for over 30 minutes and no one approached me. Finally, another customer entered the area and he was immediately helped by the associate. So, I approached the associate and explained that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. She explained that I had to check-in in the front to get assistance. I proceeded to the front and spoke with the greeter up front and voiced my complaint about checking in. He pointed to the sign and said, "You read your check don't you". He explained that someone should have told me to check-in when I walked into the store. He asked me what did I want to purchase. I told him that I wanted to purchase a television. However, I am leaving now. He said, "We don't get paid on commission". I said, "It is not about commission. It is about, professionalism, customer service, and how you treat people." Very poor customer service!

If I could give my experience here 0 stars I would! I ordered an open box laptop in excellent condition from them. Before making the order I called to confirm that the manufacturers warranty and return policy was the same as a new laptop. I was told it was. On Best Buy's website an item listed in excellent open Box condition means that it will include all of the original accessories except possibly the owners manual. My husband and I drove 2 hours from Columbus to Macon so we could get this laptop for our daughter before she had to go back to college. Upon arriving to the store a group of workers standing at the front door after laughing at their own jokes pointed me to the direction of the in store pickup line. When the item was brought to me it did not have the charger in the box. The associate took it to Jake, one of the managers to find out what could be done to rectify the situation. The only solution he could offer was putting it back into the system as not in excellent condition and letting the system reset the price and then we could repurchase it. This happened at 6:30 pm so he told us that it would probably not update before they closed for the night. He never offered to give us a charger to go with it even though there were some in the store and this was 100% their mess up for not listing the laptop appropriately on the Best Buy site as it should have never been listed as excellent condition. He even asked to see my emails that they sent me saying it should have told me it was missing the charger. The emails did not say it either! So here I am after doing my homework before driving 2 hours away to get my daughter a laptop she needs only to drive back empty handed with no solution or help from the store for their screw up. I am beyond upset and frustrated!! Serious lack of professionalism or helpfulness. Would never recommend!
