If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “Quoted me cheaper than Safelite and got to me the next business day they were open and when they said they would. Incredibly easy to work with. Only point of constructive criticism would be to be able to narrow down the window of when in the day to expect for the crew to be there.
